Disappointing stay overall. They refused to provide one extra towel and said they would need to charge me for it; I walked away puzzled. In the morning there was no hot water in the room. The accomodation is not staffed from 7pm to 10am so there was no one to rectify the hot water issue before checkout at 10am and hence I couldn’t showered before I left.

Nära till sevärdeheter
Jätte bra läge med promenadavstånd till många sevärdheter. Städning och renlighet på hotellet lämnade mkt att önska. När vi kom på kvällen var det kiss på toalett ringen och flera handdukar var smutsiga och inte utbytta efter tidigare gäster. Vi påpekade detta på morgonen och fick då nya handdukar.

Bien sympathique
Appartement bien situé, proche termini et place de la republique, bus à 20m, metro à 50m. lit très confortable, bon petit déjeuner en chambre. bel immeuble, petit ascenceur typique pour 2 personnes, wifi... sympa. on y reviendra sans aucun souci. seul petit bemol, aucune chaine de tv etrangère et donc aucune chaine française. (mais comme c'est une smart tv, possible de connecter votre tel...etc)

The location is perfect. Close to subways and markets. 10mins away from Termini. The building is well protected and safe. They have different type of hotel options in the same building. We stayed in two different rooms and both of them were good and clean! Good enough for family trip. The breakfast was so good and delicious. Especially the croissants!! Staffs and front desk were so nice to us. We had nice time:)

Schön und authentisch Römisch
Richtig schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel knapp 10 Min. Fußweg von Stazione Termini entfernt. Allerdings etwas „versteckt“ aber die Mitarbeiter geben einem dann die Anweisung wohin man gehen muss wenn man an der Tür klingelt. Unser Zimmer war ordentlich und geräumig ( 3 Bett Zimmer). Sehr gute Schallisolierung, somit auch erholsamen Schlaf gehabt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der ersten Nacht ging die Heizung nicht (bzw. es wird über die Klimaanlage gekühlt und geheizt) da war es etwas kalt und da ab 19:00 keiner mehr da ist haben wir die Nacht so überstanden. Aber am nächsten Morgen als ich es an der Rezeption gesagt habe haben die sich sofort darum gekümmert und alles ging wieder. Badezimmer, vor allem die Dusche könnte sauberer sein. Haarföhn ist vorhanden (auch für sehr lange Haare geeignet ), genauso wie Duschgel und Shampoo. Slipper gibt es keine (vor allem im Winter ist es wichtig entweder Hausschuhe oder Dickere Socken mitzunehmen da der Boden recht kalt ist). Frühstück gibt es aufs Zimmer (man kreuzt an was man haben möchte) und auch das Frühstück geht zwar aber es könnte besser sein. Jogurt mit Obst bedeutet ein fertig gekauftes Obst Jogurt im Becher (und kein Frisches Obst), steht so nicht da. Kein Brot oder Brötchen obwohl es Salami/Wurst und Käse gibt, Warmer Sandwich ist gut. Kaffe& Cappuccino sowie Heiße Schokolade sind sehr gut! Alles in allem es ist eine tolle Unterkunft in die wir gerne wieder kommen werden!

Centralt og rimeligt hotel i Rom
En forlænget weekend i Rom passede fint til Tullio, der ligger et (langt) stenkast fra Termini, og 50 meter fra bus og metro. Hotellet ligger på 5. etage og har kun et håndfuld værelser. Vores var fint i forhold til beskrivelsen og kan sagtens anbefales.

Loved it!
The staff were very friendly and gave us extra information that was very helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. Great location. Easy access to the room and courtyard but allowed you to feel extremely safe.

Excellent stay
This stay was wonderful and withing ealking distance to all we wanted to see. We were in Room 6. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and the rain shower was delightful. Front desk was so welcoming and accomodating to our needs. The only drawback was finding the hotel. It is in a locked courtyard, where we did not see the intercom or the name of the hotel. Since we do not speak or read Italian, I had to ask one of the other boutique hotels in the complex to see if we were in the right place. When you arrive take the tiny elevator to the 5th floor, where you can check in, store your luggage and get a key that unlocks doors. Very much enjoyed our overnight stay. If we return to Rome we will stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this little boutique hotel in the heart of Rome’s Historic area. An easy 5 minute walk to the Termini train station and within walking distance to most of the main historical sights. The room was a very nice size and looked to be a recent renovation as the bathroom was very nicely done. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping was done daily and the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful with recommendations. We would certainly stay her again while visiting Rome.

The property location is very convenient walkable to attractions and surrounded by shopping. The room is a small, but in newly renovated, the staff are very friendly and explained everything properly, especially Julia. She is a lovely person smile all the time and made all the reservation for us. The elevator is very tiny. I recommend this place.
