My Favorite Getaway
I’ve been here a few times and the service is always great. The rooms are always available for check in when I arrive . Very fast service. Shannon is the absolute best ! She’s so kind and reassuring as well. I definitely would recommend .

Quarto bom, reformado. Limpeza geral ok, mas sob a cama um monte de lixo e restos de obra. O hotel está funcionando como moradia temporária, então con nuita bagunça, sujeira enorme nos corredores, acumulo de lixo nos andares. Atendimento na recepção horrível, parece que estão fazendo um favor para o cliente

Scary and never again
I needed a room just for one night in town I picked this one for the price and location. The check in was horrible very RUDE lady and was NOT happy with the 100 they hold. It’s smelled of weed and was disgusting property! The toliet was dirty and a fridge full of someone’s food. People were hanging outside smoking weed. I was literally scared to be there .

Honest review
Room was nice everything worked. Bathroom and kitchenette were pretty gross. Black mold on the ceiling above the shower, tile was filthy. Food stuck on microwave and wall by the burners.

Reservations apparently don't matter
Had a reservation and when i got there a very rude young lady came out from the back looking annoyed that i interrupted her personal phone call to tell me they didn't have any rooms. I explained that was okay i had a reservation. With no empathy she said she sold all the rooms and that i would need to deal with Hotels.com to get a refund. When i asked why she sold my room she stood there silently and just shook her head. When i asked if she knew what a reservation is she again did not respond. I tried one more time to try to get any response from her and asked what's the point of making a reservation if she is just going to sell all the rooms. Again just stood there shaking her head.

I will not return.
The owner of this place should be required to live here until it is updated and everything is fixed. I find it hard to believe that the city has not condemned this property. I originally booked 2 nights but only stayed one. I seriously considered leaving the first night and going somewhere else. It was late and I was tired. The first room had no air. I moved to a different room with air. The employee was helpful. She refunded the second night. I think I should be refunded for the entire stay. If you choose to stay there after reading this then it is on you.

Title: Terrible Experience – Rude Staff & Poor Customer Support I had an absolutely awful experience with both this hotel and Hotels.com. I drove 10 hours straight from Alabama to Fort Lauderdale, exhausted but relieved to have a reservation already confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant barely looked at me and coldly stated that there were no rooms available. She rudely told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund without making any effort to resolve my situation. To make matters worse, the phone was ringing right in front of her, and she completely ignored it, letting it ring without even acknowledging it. Zero professionalism and no concern for customer service whatsoever. Hotels.com was just as useless. Instead of helping me find another place to stay, they just told me they would “investigate” and “process my refund.” I didn’t need a refund—I needed a place to sleep! Their response was completely unhelpful, and I was left stranded late at night, forced to book a much more expensive hotel at the last minute. This was an absolute nightmare. I will never use Hotels.com again, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else!

Převzali jsme až třetí pokoj první dva byly v hrozném stavu první neměl žádný zámek a druhý šíleně smrděl močí. Venku byl všude nepořádek a jediné co fungovalo byla lednička a mrazák. Paní na recepci byla v celku ochotná a dala nám i nějaké vybavení do kuchyně. Pokoje vůbec nevypadají tak jako na obrázcích.

Accueil moyen au niveau de l'Office. Un sourire, un mot aimable, rien de bien compliqué mais totalement oublié. Trop cher par rapport à d'autres hôtels dont le Ramada juste à côté de l'aéroport de Miami, absolument top. Caution par encore remboursée après 72h ( 100 Dollars avancés ). On ne peut pas avoir le double de trésorie quand on voyage ( chambre à payer, plus la caution )
