Very enjoyable, excellent location
The hotel is affordable, comfortable and in a prime location in Tamarindo. You can walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants in the area within minutes. This isn’t a resort, but has everything you need if you enjoy spending the majority of your time enjoying the beach, town, culture, and being more independent than a resort setting. The pool is a very nice spot to come back to and is a lovely setting, also has an outdoor cooking area if you want to prepare some of your own meals. They will also help you book tours/experiences as well if you aren’t as independent when traveling internationally. Staff were very kind and felt like good friends by the time we left!

Andrey was very accommodating and really friendly with a big beautiful smile perfect for front desk. Lloyd the gate man again was really amazing and also very attentive to security. Location, location and location perfect.

Great location for access to the beach, dining, shops, banks, tour operators, and all the action. I also loved the large balcony with view of the pool, private courtyard like setting, and outdoor kitchen. the rooms are simple and have all the basics plus small fridge and small microwave. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Note: The downtown area of Tamarindo is concentrated around one main road and a couple side streets. The entire area can be a bit noisy in the evening until midnight due to the music at open bars, motorcycles, and other motorists. Only the outskirts of the town seemed to be protected from this. It’s quite lively! For in-town options this hotel seemed to be one of the best.

Great location but busy.
A lovely hotel right in the heart of Tamarindo. Across the street from great restaurants, and just a very short walk to the beach. Unfortunately it rain the entire time we were here, but that’s the rainy season. and of course, what sounded like gunshots at 3 AM.

Everything was within walking distance so no car needed. Fabulous restaurants in the area. Hotel was very clean. Host was very helpful. I read the reviews ahead on time so no surprises. ie. knew to bring towels for beach and pool. Will stay again.

I think the property is nice, big pool, AC works nice ! The bed was comfortable and your in the middle of it all. Steps from the beach and steps from all restaurant l. Recommend this stay for 2 nights at most. Sunset at the beach was beautiful and great restaurants with a vibrant nightlife all around.hotel had dogs and cats every where. 3.5/5 is my review.

Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. The dogs are also just as friendly, polite, well trained, affectionate yet controlled, do not make disruptive noises like barking, whining or anything like that, and provide a sweet welcoming upon the arrival of guests (as far as my experience went as well as what I witnessed).
