1h d’attente pour avoir la clef de chambre

Arrivé à 23h15 à l’hôtel le check out prends 1h00 minimum. Il y a une seul personne au desk qui est pas très efficace et mal organisé. Devant moi 4 client en attente mais 1 seul prends de multiple chambre avec des 10 aines de passeport Ces vienne ne sont pas des clients de dernière minute mais qui on réservé depuis longtemps. Pourquoi les clefs des chambres ne sont pas prêtes à leur arrivée. Tout pourrait être anticipé mais ce n’étais pas le cas. 1h d’attente pour un check in c’est inadmissible

Great staff

We had an amazing time at the Pabisa Sofia. The staff were amazing and very nice. I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research. All in all we had a good time at the hotel and wouldn't mind coming back another time.

Overall good but there could be optimization!

Rooms are clean and renovated and a great location. Unfortunately the aircon is not working really well if it’s hot outside it’s not getting really cold in the room and this was in different rooms the same. A lot of extra costs like late check out or towel when you like to stay before your flight at the pool… Roomservice was fantastic! Breakfast had more choices last year but overall okay just the juices are not really delicious. In general I would say for the high price we could expect a bit more…

Die Zimmerreinigung war eine einzige Katastrophe: In fünf Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal der Boden gewischt oder gekehrt, sodass unser Zimmer voller Sand war. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht und Handtücher kaum bis gar nicht ausgetauscht. Selbst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhielten wir am Abreisetag keine frischen Handtücher, obwohl wir explizit darum gebeten hatten, um noch duschen zu können. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Die Zimmer an sich waren zwar eher klein, was für uns aber kein großes Problem war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, aber keinesfalls überdurchschnittlich. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel in keiner Weise dem, was man von einem Vier-Sterne-Haus erwarten darf. Wir würden es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Alles in allem war es ok. Ist was in die jahre gekommen aber recht passabel. Frühstück auswahl ist ok aber auch nicht das große Highlight. Klima gaht nur bis 21°C und lässt sich nur schwer umstellen. Safe war nicht benutzbar also mussten alle wertsachen immer mit.

My stay was the near the end of March and the places the hotel was safe and just ten mins walk to the beach. A lot of restaurants, cafe and beach options near the beach and busy. I wouldn't say it's quiter as the music from nearby hotels was loud at night. I guess sit will only further busier and louder in peak season. The hotel said adult only but saw kids at breakfast during Easter weekend. The breakfast spread is quite good. Never tried lunch or dinner at the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay - the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly too.

Wo soll ich nur Anfangen, das Frühstück wahr 0815 jeden Tag das gleich kein abwechslungsreiche Frühstück und Geschmack auch nicht, ich wahr im 8 Stockwerk die Klimaanlage hat mehr geheizt als gekühlt, der Fernseher ging von 5 Nächte nur einmal habe alles auch beim ersten Tag gemeldet und auch mehrmals nur am letzten Abend ging er wieder, die Reinigung wahr nicht optimal wenn noch Haare vom Vorgänger in der Dusche sind und auf dem Boden, ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr Buchen doch lieber wieder ins Riu Hotel dort wahr es super

Gutes Partyhotel für ein paar Nächte Ballermann... Lage sind ca. 200m von der Schinkenstraße entfernt.. alle Zimmer sind modern renoviert, verfügen jedoch über ein sehr kleines Badezimmer... großes Frühstücksbuffet vorhanden
