Horrible stay!
Came in and found other people’s clothes had been left in the closet and then found a cockroach brought it to the front desk. Was told there was nothing they could do because we paid through a 3rd party. Then was sent to another room where there were fans and dehumidifier running and smelt like mold. Informed the front desk and told them we would stay put but to please let us know if another room opened up. Never was informed and then the front desk asked US if we had moved rooms and when we told them no they said well they no longer had any more rooms available for the day.

Clean, comfortable, spacious.
We stay here every time we visit family near by. This stay we were sadly here for a funeral and they were extremely accommodating with our extension of dates. Room is always super clean and comfortable and front desk staff very pleasant and kind.

Great!
I gas just stayed at a disappointing property for 3 nights before arriving at the Comfort Inn. What a delightful change. The property is clean and truly comfortable. Had noisy neighbors on my floor, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Comfort Inn will be my new go-to hotel.

Poor policies
They have a policy that states they only provide housekeeping every third day. On my fourth night I had to go to the desk and ask for more clean towels and washcloths. Also on my first day they only left me with a half roll of toilet paper. I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t make a half roll last three days. When they did go to my room the only thing they did was give me new towels and washcloths and took the garbage out, no new linens or anything else.

Bring your own toilet paper.
Some of the staff was nice and the other was super rude. They ran out of toilet paper and got extremely rude when we ask for additional rolls. We ended up checking out early because of the staff.

Trouble with the front desk!!!!
I wasn’t allowed to check in because I left my license at home. I had a picture of my license along with all my credit cards including the credit card I used to book the room. The person on the desk would not listen to anything that I said. I asked for the manager and he said she was on vacation. Later I found out he was lying. I ended up having to have a friend go online and rebook the room. It cost me an extra $50 for the reservation. Then I tryed to get my money back from Expedia but they said unless the hotel released it back I couldn’t. The next morning I spoke with the assistant manager who couldn’t believe the previous days person on the desk wouldn’t take my picture of my license as proof. Also had the same credit card that I booked with which would have been plenty of proof. Anyway they released my money back to Expedia. Then after a 2 hour wait they finally agreed to give me back my money. It ruined my golf trip.

The clerk on Sunday was helpful in helping with another night stay because we had to stay an extra day. The place needed an over all carpet change was nasty and dirty. We had a handicap room, didn't care for shower water splashing over floor, closet rail had our clothes haning in floor it was so low. Bathroom floor was sticky.. It was fairly quiet

Cold showers made this stay poor. I asked to switch rooms and wasnt accomadated. I would have appreciated some compensation for it. It's Florida... I took 2 showers a day. You need 2 things in a place to stay: bed and shower. 1 out of 2
