新しくオープンしたゲストハウスで、とても清潔。 水を上手く利用して、目も楽しませることを意識したデザインは、オーナーのセンスとこだわりを感じました。 頭のキレる実業家タイプのオーナーで、不遜な態度が怖いと感じる人もいるようですが、庭の木に鳥のエサ台をきちんと取り付けてあったり、珍しいピンク色の蓮の花を自慢したりする可愛らしい一面も。 サービスが行き届いているかどうか、よく目を光らせていて、情報も豊富でとても頼りになる感じがしました。 宿の回りには何もないですが、シーギリヤロックからはトゥクトゥクで、すぐの距離で不便さは感じなかったです。

Horrible
Hotel nuevo, pero muy mal conservado, se nota que no hay mantenimiento. Ubicado a 5 km del pueblo de Sigiriya, totalmente en medio de la nada, ni siquiera el paisaje es bonito. El wifi es malísimo, sólo conectas en el pasillo, ni en la habitación, ni en el restaurante, ni en la piscina, sólo en el pasillo. Las habitaciones están sucias, en dos días no vinieron a limpiar ni a hacer las camas. La relación calidad precio la peor de todos los hoteles en los que nos alojamos durante nuestra estancia en Sri Lanka

1 night stay
Hotel was a little hard to find, very secluded area. Your driver might have a hard time finding them. Room was cosy, although WIFI was pretty bad. You can only get WIFI in the dining area which is 200m away from your room. No cupboard to hang clothes. We had already planned for a day trip to Minneriya National Park and their worker came and gave us their price/offer. When we rejected,he seems pretty annoyed that we didnt take their offer.

Convenient Stay
We stayed here for two nights. the location of the hotel was a little confusing and it feels to be in the middle of nowhere. Compared to other hotels we saw on the road; the design and rooms of this one was pretty much better than the others. however, the food we ordered at dinner was not so great. but breakfast was exceptional. the staff were very friendly and helped with all our requests [extra pillows; towels, hair dryer]. Given the location of the place, there were too many flies and bugs [something that cannot be easily controlled by the hotel due to the location that is surrounded by trees and a pond]. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool due to the bugs as well that got into the pool before us!

the hotels is practically in the middle of nowhere but adjacent to a 5 star resort that charges 6 times the price of this one. owner was friendly and happy to accommodate where possible. would recommend.

Island Paradise that is good value for money.
Amazing location. The perfect island getaway. We picked this hotel for its value for money and definitely got that with the all inclusive package. Room was right in the water and what felt like our own secluded beach with our own hammock!

Perfekt hotell för besök på Lions Rock
Bodde 1 natt på hotellet. Fina lagom stora rum och stort badrum. Rent och fräscht. Dock luktade det lite avlopp i badrummet. Bra tryck i duschen. Fin utsikt från balkongen. Hotellet ligger i ett härligt naturområde och från andra våningen har man på långt håll utsikt över Lions Rock. Något förvirrad personal som gärna tar beställningar men sen glömmer bort att man gjort en beställning. :-) Mycket god mat i restaurangen men dyrt i Lankesiska mått. Tuk tuk tur retur till Liobs Rock 600 Rupees. 4000 Rupiees at beträda själva Klippan och museet. Häftigt djurliv överallt i området. Såg ormar, ligger, palmekorrar, ödlor, varaner, fåglar i massor, vattenbufflar...kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell för barnfamilj, par i alla åldrar och blandade resgrupper. Poolen utnyttjade vi flera gånger under de 24 timmar vi var där. Fint!

OK hotell. Ligger felplacerad på kartan
Ligger felaktigt placerat på kartan och inte alls så nära Sigiriya Rock som det ser ut. transport på ca 10 min med tuk-tuk. i övrigt ok hotell. Maten var ok men inget vidare speciell.

Plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos !
Situé à 7 km du rocher, dans la nature. Très reposant, avec un personnel toujours disponible et très gentil. Compter 200 Rs pour vous rendre au rocher en Tuk Tuk. Ils ont un restaurant convenable. Si vous souhaitez manger dans un cadre exceptionnel : l'hotel de luxe Jetwing Vil Uyana à 1km de l'hotel sert d'excellents plats. C'est plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos ! Nous le conseillons. Juste attention aux activités "Spice garden" assez attrape touriste !

Bad experience, no hot water and very poor service
The hotel facility first appears fine since this is a new hotel with relatively nice basic rooms and nice-looking furniture. However, there is lots of room for improvement and a very apparent lack of attention to details and customer service. We didn't have any hot water in the shower in the morning. The staff is badly trained. For example, they don't wipe table, make sure you have every thing you need. We had to constantly ask for something. Breakfast was okay but different parts came at different times with toasts totally cold and a coffee that is really not good. Our dinner was generally okay, but one dish was really not good with more fat than meat. The location and overall facility has potential, but given the service and overall experience, I would not recommend this place to any friend.

Highly recommended
We visited 8 hotels during our stay and the one was defiantly the best. Friendly & helpful staff, great pool area, great room, great location, great views - the nearby village of Kibissa had the nicest feel to anywhere we visited. The food in the hotel was good, tho not spectacular. If we go back to Lanka we will definitely stay here again.

スタッフの方々はフレンドリーな感じで親しみやすかったのですが、ブッキングの伝達ミスのトラブルがあったせいか、オーナーの態度が威圧的に感じた。蛍が見られて良かったですよ。シーギリヤまで車で20分はかかる距離。レストランと客室が離れていて雨の時、足元がぬかるんで悪かった。朝はクジャクの鳴き声で目が覚めました。

Would bever recommend this place
Hide this place by any means: though the property is new and staff is friendly and nice, this hotel stays in the middle of nowhere (actually in the middle on rice fiels far from close village),thus you will have the worst service for higher prices as in 4-5 * hotels. Don't repeat our mistakes - dont go there!!!! Особое замечание русским туристам: отель привлекает русских за счет русско-говорящего стафа. Проблема в том, что отель держит ланкиец, а работают на него русские, сервис вы получите абсолютно русский (или крымский, если вы понимаете о чем я): один раз содрать с туриста за убогий сервия и неважно, что потом человек не вернется. Конкретно у нас: они отменил бронирование после покупки, хотя был все оплачено, ужин стоил как в 5* отеле в Коломбо, хотя уровень был как в убогой забегаловке, воды горячей утром уже не было, в номере холод дикий и тэ дэ и тэ пэ. Русско говорящй официант любезен, все остальное - мрак мрачный. Редко (точнее почти никогда не пишу отзывы), но тут решил написать: не ездите туда, соотечественники, в Шри Ланке есть много замечательнейший мест помимо этого!!

OPENして２か月のホテル　これからのサービス向上・維持に期待
（ホテル側だけでなく、Expedia側との調整不足と思いますが） ①キングサイズベッド×３　でExpedia内に掲載されているが、実際は、キング×１　or シングル×２　の２タイプしか部屋はない。３人で宿泊を検討している顧客は混乱していますのでネット掲載条件の訂正をお願いしたい。 ②Full meal + drink service　で予約していたが、当日、ホテル責任者（マネジャー？ オーナー？）は、予約内容を把握されていなかった。その後、Expediaに問い合わせされ、食事は夕食・朝食・昼食は提供されたが、ドリンクサービスは無かったと記憶している。 ③gogle map を参考にシギリア遺跡に近いことをメリットにホテル選定をしたのですが、地図上の位置と実際のホテルに位置が数キロ離れていた。見出しも遺跡まで0.7km、1.8kmと記載があやふや。せめて地図情報だけは正確に押さえてもらいたい。（シギリア到着直後もホテルが見つからず、結果としてホテル責任者に迎えにきてもらうことになった） ④コーヒーショップやバーがホテルに併設と記載があるが、現地にはそれらしい建物および設備は見当たらず、アルコール類は置いていなかった。 ホテル自体は、新規オープンして間もないので、備品を含め全てキレイ。アメニティ（シャンプー類やドライヤー）が置いていないのは残念だが、我慢できる範囲。プールも自然の中で泳ぐ開放感が良かったが、顧客が少ないためか、水が少々濁っていた。（宿泊翌日に清掃は行っていたが） マネジャーが、周辺のアクティビティー（アユールヴェーダ、サイクリング、シルク等のショッピング、エレファントライド、水牛の車引き散歩等）を積極的に提案してくる。スリランカ人は周辺の人のコミュニティを大事にするらしく、少々強引な印象を持つかもしれないが、日本人には決して法外な価格ではないので気楽に相談してみるのも良いかと思います。 また、シギリアからニゴンボへの交通手段の確保に困っていた時も、相談に乗ってくれました。

Worst Experience in Sri Lanka
We booked 1 room at 25 Sep 2015 night and needed 2 single bed. The booking showed "3 king beds" and the room showed can allow 3 persons. I expected that there will be 3 beds in the room but finally they only have 1 size of the room which can provide King bed or twins beds. It seems the hotel didn't provide the truth of their status (I find that "3 king beds" also appear in other booking website). Finally we select a twins room. We have dinner in the hotel and paid the bill but forget take the bill and keep myself. Next day when we leave, the manager and the staff said we did not pay for the dinner. The manager said all payment should be handled by him but he didn’t get money from us (but they let their staff send me the bill, not the manager himself). Finally we don't want to wait time with the unfriendly staff and that hotel and pay it again, but it really make me angry on that morning because after leaving the hotels, we double checked our money and can confirm that we really paid in last night. It seems that one of the staff saw we just leave money but not taken the bill, so he didn't submit our payment to the manager. This hotel give us the wrost experience. I never recommend this hotel to others.
