Awful experience. After booking our stay months in advance, we arrived to the hotel after 30+ hours of travelling to find out that the rooms we booked did not exist. Although they advertise a Deluxe Room as having 1 twin AND 1 double, the rooms actually only have 1 twin. We had reserved multiple rooms and none were correct. Not only was there the issue, the staff did not deal with it. There wasn’t a manager on site - only 8 employees clustered around a computer. They couldn’t come up with any solutions and actually blamed it on us. After I showed them that their website clearly depicts the rooms as having two double beds, he still insisted it wasn’t the hotels fault. After 2 hours and no solutions, we left and stayed at another hotel which was absolutely incredible. Even if we had stayed at Adiwana, I can’t imagine it being good. The rooms are dark and musty and look as though they haven’t been inhabited in a long time.
