I asked to be changed rooms because the room given to me, 205, had no working lights and a roach. I was moved to a different room tha smelled like cigarette smoke and also had roaches. I do NOT recommend this place. It is disgusting. Jasmine, the clerk who checked us in was nice and friendly. I hope she finds a better job.

The room was dirty, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. There was someone above us that made noise all night so we couldn’t sleep. We didn’t even stay our last night.

1st room the sink leaked and the floor was filthy. 2nd room was better but sheets not really clean (stained) and only 1 thin blanket. Heating in room did not work so temp was in the 60’s with no engineer on site to service.

The room was nasty. The floors were gross. The room smelled like smoke. There was a bunch of little hairs in the sink. The air conditioner didn't work. They didn't have another room for us. I canceled my other 3 days I was going to stay. I got charged a cancelation fee. I feel I shouldn't since it was your hotel's fault. I actually should have got half off for the night I stayed. I really want the extra charges I got on my room reimbursed. Jodi Blake.

First room- deadbolt wouldn't lock. Second room- mystery stains on some of the sheets & towels, but easier preferrable to an unlocked room. Mattress worn out and dipping to one side. Room had a musty odor that wouldn't go away. WiFi never worked in the room - desk agent said they would reimburse me for the trouble, but then didn't and ghosted both me and Expedia customer service. Avoid this property.

I arrived late in the evening, and the service agent at the desk was dismissive, causing unnecessarily long wait times. The one thing I was thankful for was that I got the heck out of that terrible property as quickly as practical the next morning. This property and the agent on the property have tarnished my perception of Super-8.

This is a distressed hotel property. Much work needs to be done and half of the rooms are not available due to dangerous stairs or walkways. First room we were given had no telephone, TV, fridge or microwave. We changed rooms and got one with a TV only. The only reason we stayed was the proximity to Kaiser Hospital where we visited a family member.

The location was good for me but I was shocked at how run down, dirty and state of disrepair - I expected more from a Wyndham property. Apparently they just took over and have NOT done anything except put in new beds. 2 of the outlets didn’t work and there was no light attached to the switch at the entry.
