Door could be locked when leaving for the day, it would open with a push. Did not close properly had to be slammed to engage manual bolt from inside. No toilet paper. Loud adjoing guests kept me up most of night. Mattress was soft and not comfortable

Très décevant
En arrivant impossible de débarrer la porte avec les clefs,un employé est venu 4 fois avant de régler le problème.La salle de bain était malpropre, au dessus du pommeau de douche il y avait de la moisture, pas de savon ni shampoo,pas de papier hygiénique pas de papier mouchoir, un des deux lits ,les draps étaient malpropre. Nous utilisons Hôtel .com au moins 10 à 12 Fous par an et c’est le pire hôtel que nous avons eu, pas de café dans la chambre et à 6hrs 45 le bureau était encore fermé Je crois que hôtel . Com devrais être plus attentifs et envoyer des inspecteurs avant de mettre sur le site ce genre d’hotel

Overall, the property was clean. The problem I experienced was that there was not any refrigerator or microwave in my room. My reservation included these basic amenities which are essential services that would make my stay easier and more pleasant at this hotel. When I went to the office to inquire about this matter, I was told by the front staff that, per management, I have to pay an additional $7 a day or $45 a week to rent the refrigerator or microwave. I asked for a document stating that, none was provided to me. I ended up paying for one during my one-week stay. I canceled my additional stay for another 7 days.

DO NOT STAY HERE
This place is an absolute joke. Upon arriving, the woman working at the front told me that shes gonna look for me to see if they have a room available when i already booked a room, she pulls out a crumpled piece of paper. She assigned us a room and when we drove around the door was WIDE OPEN. Went back to office and she said house keeping must have left it open and she will meet us in room. Go back to room a guy walks into the room and we asked him if it was his room. He says yes and that checking in was misery the day before. Manager comes around RIDING ON THE SIDE OF AN SUV of someone that doesn't work there. People outside doing drugs. Cat was in another room. We told her we arent staying here and left immediately. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We booked the room because we had to evacuate from our home due to a hurricane. The first room offered smelled like urine. The second room had an overpowering chemical smell. Later in the night we discovered why. About an hour after turning off the lights my wife felt something crawling on her. When we turned the lights back on, we found multiple German roaches crawling in and around the bed. We immediately packed our things to leave. When I spoke to the night attendant at the desk and asked for a refund, I was told that we needed to make that request with Expedia. I went to their online chat a day or two later and got an excellent tech named Swinhil who helped me get a refund for four of the five days we had booked. The motel refused to give a full refund. I will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again.
