Nice Service
The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price and the convenient location, I certainly will choose Kingsmuir Hotel again when I go to Cheltenham in the future.

Value for money
Check-in was simple, we were emailed a door code so completely contactless. We were expecting a double bed room, but got two single beds so we just pushed them together. Amenities are pretty basic but the location is good for visiting Cheltenham and the cost is good value so was about as expected.

Not a hotel
Not really a hotel. Just a series of locked rooms you let yourself in with a code but never see anyone. No breakfast even though included. Very uncomfortable beds.

100% use again. Great value for money.
Essentially, a room in a guest house. Decor is outdated and bed isn’t 5* comfort but the ‘pantry’ was stocked with cereal, tinned fruit, tea, coffee, biscuits, fresh fruit bowl and in the fridge there was orange juice, fresh milk and bottled water. Bathroom facilities were fine! I actually think this is fantastic value for the price, especially when you factor in keyless entry, location and what they provided for breakfast!

Beautiful House
The house is beautiful with period features and a would have once had a very grand appearance, this is still quite evident today, I will most definitely come back, excellent service, cleanliness etc.

Family stay
Beautiful Edwardian property. Room was huge with lovely features. Garden area appreciated this summer evening. Good breakfast supplied for the morning. Cereal, tin fruit, cereal bars and milk.

For the price the room was ok - basic, tired and dated, but 'ok'. My shower room was tiny so no room to get dry and the toilet was on a pedestal and much higher than 'normal' so not ideal!! The details say a continental breakfast is available but in realit, in the room are two or three prepackaged single portion breakfast items, a tin of fruit, some fresh fruit, a yoghurt and a pint of milk. There is no mention in the details that the hotel is unmanned. It's low cost and near Cheltenham centre.
