老城中的精品酒店

我们的房间在5楼可以看到海竞酒店在老城，出门走到蓝色清真寺、索菲亚、老皇宫、地下水宫都非常近，周边很多很多很多餐厅，可以随便选择。酒店早餐有点过于简单了，没有变化，不过煎鸡蛋还是挺好吃的，可以带上6楼平台看着海吃饭。前台服务很周到，问关于旅行的行程问题都很耐心的帮忙查找和解释。

Cozy and Chic small hotel

the family room is big enough for 3 ppl and it's cozy and very clean, the receptionist and the waiters in lobby are so nice, helpful and cute:) we had a nice stay here. The only thing i'll complain is the airport pick-up service, one of the driver is not profession but i think it's just the company which Aren suites working with. Really recommend this place if you are going to stay in Sultanahmet area.

Overall a cute and comfortable hotel

O teally enjoyed. Great location, standard hotel facility & mgmt, very helpful staff, clean and warm. Barthroom too small, though bedroom is spacious. I stayed on the ground floor, a little noisy in the morning, not from the outside, but from the hotel staff inside I think.

中规中矩的小酒店，非常方便

比较小，这样更好。而且各项配置服务等不输大的三星级，实际上和Holiday inn的level相当（仅只欧洲的holiday inn）。老城区的几乎所有景点都在走路范围内，当然，这也意味着周边商业都是开给游客的，价格较高。酒店左边10米处那家fish house很宰客的，口味也一般，只是有海景，但是伊市到处是海景，不稀罕，而且晚餐时间海面也是黑漆漆的。 这家酒店很方便的另一点是可以预定去机场的shuttle, 上门接，去两个机场分别是5欧和10欧，对有行李的人还是很方便的，可惜没有接机的shuttle。 酒店的洗浴用品实在太差了，建议换吧。

Excellent

This is a small hotel but it was very clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was great. Our room had an amazing sea view, and the hotel was close to everything. A big thanks to Ismail who was very kind to my mum, and helped us get a taxi to the Airport at a good price, he also showed us a great restaurant very close to the hotel.

The only problem with this place is climbing the stairs to get to our room, but it was worth it as the view is fantastic and the room is perfectly comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. My wife particularly liked the breakfast and the helpful staff. She said that it was definitely the best place that we've stayed in for our whole trip.

Clean rooms, clean hotel, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, great view from terrace. But one thing that is a throw off is the nose level from outside and inside. There are shops next to the hotel and the owners of those shops stay out late and yell and argue out on the streets and talk very loudly throughout the night and into the morning hours sometimes. Last night there was an old man who was so drunk he was yelling the whole time you could not sleep and at no point did the management do anything about it. We stayed at this hotel for couple of nights and every night it was the same issue. I don’t understand why management is not doing anything about it. I am not gonna stay somewhere where I can’t sleep, lack of management response is very disappointing. I can’t believe no one else has mentioned this issue in the reviews. So if you want sleep don’t come to this hotel because management doesn’t care. Also very thin walls no insulation on windows you can hear everything from the outside and inside. Very noisy street also with regular traffic. I won’t be back to this hotel unfortunately. I liked everything but the nosiness and lack of management response.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Izzet went out of his way to help us with booking a cab, restaurant recommendations, and sharing his knowledge of the area. It was lovely to start the day having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea.

Great Stay in Fatih

The location was perfect! The hotel offered access to an amazing terrace where the breakfast was offered. We enjoyed our balcony rooms. I wasn't crazy about our bathroom given that the bathtub was a bit high to get in and there was no handle for the actual shower head. There were a few issues to which the staff was a bit slow to respond but were very nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel but not for a demanding customer.

The property is centrally located. We could walk to all Old City attractions. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores around. Property is well maintained. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great for family stay

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions (walking distance) like blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace etc.

We unfortunately we only at this hotel for a few hours due to travel/flight issues, BUT the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful (at 2:30am), our little patio was great to watch sunrise and breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very picturesque. Wish we could have stayed longer to find out about the area, but would definitely go back!
