Never have this kind of experience before, only 2 hours check in time, I missed, no one answered the phone, office is mile away, the address number is only on the mail box, no one there either, I have to find another hotel instead, and they keep the money for this lousy facility

In sure manager very helpful. Room was very clean. It was sparse with kitchen equipment if you were wanting to self cater for any length of time, but for an affordable layover, this was absolutely perfect. Great location.

Overall, the property was great for a two night trip. The only complaints is the beds were not very comfortable. This would be an easy fix with updated foundations for the mattresses. Second is the bathroom is very small with no ventilation fans, so it gets extremely hot and muggy in there. Opening the window was no help either. Cleanliness and communication was great, check in and check out were effortless. In the end, we would stay here again.

Run down, falling apart. Bathroom door did not close, no mirror, curtains shredded, pool too cold to even wade in. Def not a “resort”and not worth the price.

The suites were very clean, but it was more run down than our last visit there. The doorwall didn't lock; the bathroom knob was falling off; and you sink when you sit on the couch. On the plus side, it was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the table and chairs in both the dining room and balcony were very comfortable, the shower was nice, the pool area was well maintained and had comfy seats and tables in the shade.

It was passable and decent value compared to others in the area, but some poorly maintained elements. Could be better.

The property was definitely a motel. The room had been cleaned with cleaner that left a residue. One of the towels was worn. The room was very dated. There was no beach nearby. The pool was okay. the deck chairs outside were very worn. The Sunset Grill was walking distance and great - best part of the location.

Love the location of the property. We love the views, walking to Sunset Grille and having easy access to everything in Marathon. The property is in need of some updates but it was clean and well stocked with bedding and towels and other necessities. This is our 2nd stay and will definitely return again.

The air conditioner seemed to blow iut moldy smelling air. In all fairness, it is South Florida so I think this is pretty common. Good location, can walk to a great restaurant for sunsets.

I don’t like remote anything. There is no one at the property. If you have a problem, need something, need directions or just a recommendation for dining your out of luck.
