Everything was excellent, good price for good apartment, very comfortable and silent, near to main streets and activities, if you go to Xcaret this is a hotel to stay, the speed internet could be better. Also and very important, the google address is wrong, the hotel is 2 blocks away

The rooftop area was nice and very relaxing. One of my favorite condos in Playa. Not a bunch of rules and they never bug you so you can just relax and enjoy your stay. Staff was very pleasant to us.

It was a very nice place to stay and enjoy the quieter side of Playa. The rooftop was great. The kitchen had plenty utensils, which we appreciated very much. It was also on a good location.

There was a beautiful view from the rooftop and the 2 pools were fantastic, they were available 24 hours, we spent the time there after getting back from the beach, just laying on the sun loungers. We will come back!

Very accommodating and super friendly staff. The studio was awesome. Great location, just a few blocks from the beach and right in downtown. Perfect spot for a honeymoon or getaway.

Rent værelse, ligger 250 m fra en hyggelig hovedgade. Dog lidt tynde vægge/vinduer, man kan høre hvad der sker på gade osv. Meget behjælpeligt personale og nem indtjekning. Rigtigt god aircondition.

We had a pleasant stay, everything was as described and the bed was very comfortable, the housekeeper lady was a amazing. The rooftop with its 2 pools and sunchairs, made up for it and the sunsets over the city are incredible there! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful stay at Sands. We enjoyed the location walkable to PDC beach and 5th avenue but far away enough for me. Lots of local fruterias and shops nearby. Very nice view from the rooftop pool.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. The views were incredible and the extra privacy made it feel even more special. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything functioned exactly as it should. The host was quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout the stay.
