Our stay was poor. The beds are uncomfortable, they have metal at the bottom of the bed and I can’t count how many times my family hit it and it’s loud. Every movement we made the metal rattled. The refrigerator didn’t work and we we told the front desk, they looked at my husband and was like whatever. It didn’t get fixed. Also when we asked for our deposit front desk guy said oh I already sent it to the owner, we’ll check out is not until 11 why was it sent out he just said owner picked it up at 10am. We checked out around 10:30. Luckily it was only $20. English is their second language so maybe he didn’t understand. One good thing I can say it was very clean. Reason why I’m giving it a two star.

The room was surprisingly clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. I didn’t encounter any issues until the final day, when I requested a late checkout. Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t very accommodating in that regard. Aside from that, my experience was pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Great location, accessible, restaurants near, mid-point to Disney and or Universal. Very close to downtown LA as well if you wanted to go downtown area.
