位置好，建筑有特色，服務待改善

酒店離ADO車站及去Tulum的 shuttle 都很近，離海灘及第五大街只有 1至2 個街囗，建筑很有墨西哥特色，可惜服務跟不上，竟沒有毛巾，通知前台，說聯絡不到待應生，等了幾個小時都沒有，最後從其他房間找到兩條沙灘巾。

Weather was wonderful! Staff could be a little more kinder to all people. Beds were a little hard, but pillows made up for it! Hotel was overall a good stay.

El trato y atencion del personal es excelente, solo la habitacion tenia demasiado olor a humedad, olía como a calcetines sucios. El restaurante muy bueno, todo lo que comimos estaba rico y a buen precio. Doy un 7 de 10. En general ppr lo q se paga no esta mal.

The shower head was moldy and the drain was slow. Some of the staff seemed irritated by us being there. There isn't a bar on premises like the pictures show. Coffee maker but no coffee and none of the markets we went to had coffee grounds. Air conditioner worked well and cleaning staff were nice. Front desk people were quite friendly.

Wonderful Hotel

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Playa del Carmen. It's close to the beach and 5th Ave but is still quiet.
