The room had large cockroaches, was not as pictured, had faulty dangerous electrical, the manager was difficult to get hold of and when we finally did he was not helpful.
Hotels.com service was horrible, I kept getting disconnected from the chat then would have to explain the situation again and again.
After finally getting agreement that there would be a full refund and that the hotel had agreed to this, we were told by another agent that they need to contact the hotel.
I spent 2 days while on holiday trying to sort this and we had to reduce what we had placed to do because funds were tied up in this booking.
Because of the poor hotel and the actions of Hotels.com this holiday has been a total let down for the entire family.
I will not be recommending Hotels.com or first landing to anyone.
