Major miscommunication W Hotels.com
The hotel we bookef(Williams Inn) had apparently just been sold to Hilton, was in process of renovating. They checked us in & allowed us to stay in a room: - no coffee/tea maker - no continental bkfst in am - keys weren't working so we had to stay in room Rooms were brand new beds etc so that was nice. Major disconnect between the HOTEL & Hotels.com on when they were actually ready for guests.

The pricing was very affordable. They were remodeling so food was not available, but it was right across the street from a couple different restaurants. The room was very nice. I highly recommend this motel. Next time I am down that way, I will stay there again

Couildn't find property - name had been changed!!! Undergoing major remodel. Colntractor's trucks blocking portico entry. No staff except for a single, harried woman. no breakfast, ice machine down a construction gear blocked hallway. Just an overall mess!!!

Property wasn't ready for business. Its transitioning from The Williams Inn to a Hilton property. No functional entrance lobby or breakfast provided.

So for starters they changed the name to a Hilton Spark. I wasn’t looking for a Hilton so it was hard to find. So another hotel being renovated and this was definitely not a Hilton quality. The outside and lobby looks nice, butt not finished. I was told all the rooms were already renovated except for fourth floor. The continental breakfast was not there due to renovations. Then entering room, top lock was broke like if someone tried breaking in, corrosion and rust on sink faucet, bathtub faucet was corroded and leaking, light didn’t work by the bed, sleeps four but only 3 towels and 1 washrag, barely enough shampoo for one person. None of the furniture seemed new by any means. Lastly I could hear the people talking in the room next door. No privacy. Not by any way or form Hilton quality.

False advertising. Hotel is under going renovations. No breakfast and the rooms that were available were clean but old and noisy. Also, no mention of pet fee on Expedia and hotel only comped me for one dog (had two) for no breakfast.

One of my go to stops however it’s under construction. In my opinion they should of lowered the rates due to staying in a construction site. I don’t eat breakfast normally but if you do it’s not available due to the construction. Other then that great safe cheap place to sleep.

Building is under construction, so it's more a hazard than a hotel. No breakfast as advertised, and the parking lot was full of equipment, so parking was a hassle. Owners were incredibly nice folks, and the price was fair for what the building would be if the amenities were available. But no internet and no available food was pretty disappointing.

Property presently under construction. Have to call a phone number to access registration personnel. Very meager amount of toilet paper. Only one bar of soap. Looking forward to the finished reconstruction since I have liked coming here in the past.
