Unable to get access code. Tried to log into Hotels.com to send a message, but could not get in. Says free parking but no spaces. Tried calling Hotels.com. After multiple choose "1" the system cut me off with no help. Worst hotel experience ever. Had to book elsewhere from the roadside. Garbage. Will dispute with credit card company,

Think twice before picking Riverbend by Lowkl
Location was great. Outside of noise from nightlife till 6am. Rooms are slightly below average. When booking ask for towels. Communication with property is pretty difficult you will get responded to but action takes a lot of effort. Also nightlife around area took our parking had to find parking and paid for overnight parkiing super inconvenient. Property doesnt care. Call 3057638166 if you need action ask them for property manager.

Do not stay here
Booked the room & went to location. No front desk. No directions after booking room. Asked people that came out the gate what we needed to do. They stated they had the same issue with no information on how to get in the room & it took a while for them to get the codes. They gave me a number to call. Called the number & went to voice mail. After an hour standing outside, I chatted with one of your representative & she was so helpful of getting in touch with the people of the property. They finally sent the link & instructions in a text in which they never did until the representative got in touch with them.

HORRIBLE - Fights Theft Police Lockouts
Check in was horrible. They didn’t communicate or send me a code to get into the facility. No staff on site. phone number on hotels.com and online is a fake number. I had to get a text message number from another guest who was already checked in. Once I had this number then I was able to get them to send me the codes. Every night there was either someone partying loudly or people fighting and screaming at each other for hours and hours on end between 2am and 6am. The police were called and someone was talking about prior to that during the arguing someone was talking about their weed being stolen. To cap it all off, we were locked out before checkout time so we lost access to our bags after breakfast. I had to climb through a window to get my things. Worst place I have stayed at and I have stayed in plenty of cheap motels

Dont let them give you room 6. The worst bed ever!
The location was great. The bed was awful. It was completely wore out and you would sink to the box spring. I was there for work and booked for 5 nights. I had to sleep in my van several nights because of my severe back problems. I texted a person of contact and would get replies as if they would try to address the problem. They were full of fluff. Book this place on the phone and make sure you don't get room 6. Also, if someone is doing laundry, your kitchen sink will fill up during the rinse cycle. Gross.

Amazing
Very nice place snuggled into downtown ft Lauderdale, right next to the river walk, restaurants,clubs. Down the road from the beach. Lovely place no complaints. Nice and clean and very relaxing. Definitely will be coming back next vacation

Difficult communicating with non English speaking housemaids. Twice fan stopped, we did not use aircon as it was horrendously noisy. Lot of outside noise. For a supposedly secure property, itinerants were sleeping different nights in the garden area. Stench from bins in next door restaurant yard made sitting outside difficult. Area on riverwalk was nice.

We were forced to evacuate due to Milton. Room is not anything like pictures on website. Charged $186 for this with sheets that were wet I almost feel I should have stayed home

Good accomodations but communication lacking.
The actual stay was very nice. The reservation was messed up. I paid for 2 days, but was unable to get into the room as I could not find any contact info and no staff on premise. I had to make alternate arrangements for the night. The next morning I was contacted about them getting into the room for maintenance. I informed them i had never been in possession of the room and at that time I received info needed to get into the room. I used the room Saturday only and was required to leave Sunday morning instead of getting credit for the day I paid for

The one bedroom unit only has one AC in the living room with a remote that had dead batteries. The bedroom area was difficult to cool down. The living-room TV never connected to Roku Streaming. The unit was udpated, clean, spacious and the area was pleasant.
