Hotel is like new condition in great area. Pool on roof and view is great as well. Only drawback is the restaurant up there has a rule no beverage from outside allowed. So you can’t sit by the pool with a cold beer Without purchasing from them. Also the bands on the street are a bit loud until 11 ish. Great bakery/coffee shop right across street.

Clean, modern, comfortable convenient location. You can hear live music from the restaurant street in between the hotel and the beach but it finished around 10.30pm during my three night stay. Nice rooftop restaurant.

I am disappointed to find that as a hotel guest I am not entitled to normal use of the rooftop pool and lounge area as it is used by a restaurant/bar and their customers need the space. The pool loungers are removed and it becomes a dining area from 3- possibly 11 pm. (Except wed). Hotel guests cannot take their own beverages up there when the restaurant/bar is open. Disappointing.

Room was in fair condition, mold around. The shower, low water pressure, one chair to sit in, dangling light fixture and few other maintenance items. Room was clean. The rooftop they advertise turns into a restaurant at 3pm and so you really have no outside space to enjoy… very strange. Location is good if you want to be in the middle of town but it’s loud at night with bars and live music till late most nights.

L’hôtel n’a pas d’entrée, de hall, de parking. On doit se garer dans la rue mais il n’y a pas de place et c’est sale. La chambre n’a pas de fenêtre, la micro terrasse au bout du couloir du placard donne vu sur des bâtiments délabrés. Il manque des ampoules, des prises ne fonctionnent pas, pas de télécommande à la tv et pas de son. Aucune isolation phonique donc aucun calme, rue très bruyante. Personnel quasi inexistant a part un pauvre gars affalé sur sa chaise à la table de l’entrée. Fuyez car pour le prix c’est nul.

Dirty floors feet where black. Black mold in shower other than that staff where friendly they changed our room which was not as bad but some mold. Would not stay again, over priced. Very noisey, bands playing till 2300 everyday during our stay. Will not book with you again.

Quiet clean comfortable bed, big screen tv with all channels Netflix, very convenient, close to everything, playa centre, beaches, shopping you name it. Nice rooftop restaurant, pool, sports bar on ground floor. Definitely recommend

We stayed in the penthouse room on 4th floor, which was really spacious and had a very large deck. Excellent location, near restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. Good coffee and potable water to fill water bottle in the lobby, though no breakfast. The rooftop pool was nice as well. Loud live music from about 9:00-11:00 nearby each night was a bit annoying but otherwise a nice stay and a great value.
