Absolutely disgraceful. Our room was completely buried in sand after the storm, luggage, belongings, everything coated. We spent hours cleaning them piece by piece. Management’s response? Nothing. No room change. No refund. No compensation whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable, it’s negligent.

The room was a good size. I appreciated that it had a small refrigerator and the freezer section was able to refreeze my ice packs. I didn't realize how the location would impact my visit to the park, since a lot of the biggest attractions are an hour drive away. This impacted my plans and I didn't get to see a sunrise at Zabriski point.

I would stay here again. The property and all services they offer in the middle of nowhere are not luxury by any means, but are very nice. There are a few good things on the menu, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms could use updating with new lenins and a coffee pot.

Sleeping area was newly updated and clean. Bathroom was a little "rustic," but comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive when we needed help operating the AC unit and checking on the temperature of the mini fridge in the room (was as cold as it gets, so we added a bucket of ice).
