Everyone is super nice and helpful. Rooms and common areas appear clean and smell like you've just cleaned your house and lit a candle. I have 1 issue that will deter me from booking here again. For context, I'm here for Mayo Clinic as a cancer patient, this being my 3rd visit. A continental breakfast is provided every morning, with an employee assigned for maintenance - restocking, tidying, product location/availability, questions, etc. And each product has an individual serving utensil beside it since there are strict standards for food handling. Therefore, there is no reason for someone to reach into a case of scones and muffins to grab what they want with their bare hands - unless they truly don't know better. And I understand that not everyone thinks about potential contamination, but I do expect a major corporation specific to the service industry to know better. After seeing a man grab items bare handed, I quietly mentioned it to the assigned employee to avoid embarrassing or upsetting the guy if he truly didn't know better. I figured the employee would simply replace the contaminated scones, but no; she literally laughed and said "oh, it's ok". Um, No ma'am, it is not. I'd appreciate my food without a stranger's germs on it. So I do have a problem with professionals making light of what's supposed to be a regulated situation.
