Bare Bones
The place was clean and comfortable. It has a kitchenette but absolutely no dishes. Not even a spoon. No kleenex in the room. No coffee pot in the room. Very bare bones and the room was not cheap.

Could have been a winner, but fell short…
New hotel. Very clean. Great condition. Didn't realize it was an extended stay. So no maid/towel service. Had a kitchen but no dishes, cookware or utensils. Smelled funny; I thought it might be cooking odors but the lobby had an odd smell, too. Those were inconvenient, but the real problem was the excessive noise from the neighbor. His music could be heard all the way down the hall and we shared a wall with him! It took 3 calls to the front desk get him to turn it off. Then he was making phone calls at 4:30 am that woke us up!

Roaches everywhere and the manager "Giovanni" refused to refund my 3 rooms after the office lady called him and told him that i had video proof and photo proof of me killing them and i refused to sleep in an infested room especially being that i have a 1 year old. Then he proceeded to call the police because i said i was going to tell everybody. And that is my rights *freedom of speech* Thus hotel truly has potential, if they cared about their customers and if they would bomb for bugs and clean a little bit more. Frankly i paid $149.87 for 1 room for 1 night and a 50$ deposit (TIMES 3 ) and cant seem to get my money back for a 15 minute killing spree. I would have expected more from an extended stay, obviously Giovanni is not the proper person for this job. If you choose to venture here id recommend stopping by the dollar general or Walgreens just down the street and pick up some roach traps, as you wont be the only one sleeping in the bed. Normally i could understand a bug or 2 but 7+ in a 15 minute period and then while im headed out the elevator to report to the office the big cockroache comes out the elevator door thats a bit extreme. Make sure you call and ask Giovanni the manager to spray for roaches prior to your arrival, Good luck 👍

Comfortable and clean- good location
The hotel is very nice. Rooms and common areas in excellent condition. The only reason I gave it a four versus five star review is that the walls are kind of thin and I could hear my neighbors if someone was a light sleeper that might be a problem.

Good for the price, but could be so much better.
Property charges a $50 credit card deposit which has yet to be refunded. No refresh on towels, no housekeeping, noisy bed, noisy bed from room above, cold shower in the morning, very little toiletries, a bit disappointing overall. Property was well kept, and front desk efficient and friendly. Location and freeway access is excellent.

Charge you a damage fee. Doesn’t say anything about it. Charge you for a coffee pot and charge for WiFi! I have been to several hotels and have never had this happen.

Would give 0 stars if I could
I've visited Rockledge/Viera many many times since my family is from there. This hotel was just built and we were excited to be able to stay a little closer to our relatives. We'll never stay there again. I don't have the time to say how bad this place is in great detail, just that if you actually want to sleep, do not stay here. Whoever built this place skipped every step you could. There is NO insulation in the walls and ceilings. Therefore you can hear everything and every foot step above you. Lucky for us, our upstairs neighbors loved to start playing basketball from 1am - 4am. No sleep. The beds are no better than a hideaway bed. They are on loosely constructed metal bases that move - loudly - at every body movement. Finally, because this is an extended stay there is a kitchen in each room. However, there is NO ventilation to the outside. So whatever someone cooks, you will smell it and it could remain in your room. Lucky for us, whoever was in our room previously cooked stewed cabbage and vegetables. The smell was horrid. We had to go to walmart to get Febreeze to even stay in the room. The thermostats are on a motion sensor, which is not ideal. Basically we were scheduled to stay for 4 nights, and after 2 nights we booked a second hotel and left. We couldn't take it anymore between the stench and getting no sleep. We weren't the only ones as I noticed others complaining to the front desk about the noise, but nothing was done. Avoid at all costs.

Good stay for the price.
Limited maid service. Sheets and towels were not changed for 8-9 days. We stayed two weeks. Room was very clean and quiet. Absolutely no kitchen supplies or even a coffee pot but we knew that and came prepared. Having a full fridge was great. A/C worked super well and was clean. Beds not too bad except for thin sheets and mattress protector. Sweaty sleeping.

Nice Hotel
The front desk service was A+. She had a welcoming friendly smile and was very helpful in giving us directions to restaurants and stores near by. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, although the bed frame could have been more sturdier. This was a nice hotel.
