DO NOT STAY HERE! I live next door and booked an apartment here for my parents. What is absolutely RIDICULOUS is that you get a keycard for the elevator but you cannot access the space where the elevator is = you are constantly standing around outside, waiting for somebody else to either leave or arrive who has access. One night, my parents arrived in the middle of the night (since their flight was delayed) and I had to book another hotel for one night, because I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to access the room with the elevator (even though they had the room code elevator card). ANGIA hospitality claimed that "check-in was only possible until 10pm" but this has nothing to do with check-in: You can't tell your guests that they can only come home before 10pm, because your staff only works until then. Communication with the host was also slow, and they just don't seem to care very much. I met several other guests staying with ANGIA when we were staying there (since we all had to wait in front of the elevator room together), and everybody was upset. The apartment itself is fine but does not look anywhere as luxurious as presented here on Expedia. It is very average, the area is fantastic though (that's why I live here). I'm an Expedia Platinum member and have already reported ANGIA to Expedia for false representation of their property on the platform. There was no information given that guests cannot enter the elevator room independently.
