Staff were so accommodating and kind. Very friendy service and willing to help with any questions we had. We had a mix ip with Hotels.com and front desk helped with the issue even though they were swamped. Resteraunt staff is fantastic. Accomodations were clean, quiet and inviting. Long waits to get to room
The hotel is new which means it's clean and nice. However, it only had one operating elevator and NO PUBLIC STAIRS. As a result, despite having our room on the 2nd floor, we had to wait a long time to get to and from our room. It's ludicrous that there are no public stairs!
