On the day of check-in, some 7 TV channels were found malfunctioned. After the report, 2 engineers came in to look at TV and removed it to be diagnosed at the other empty room. Shortly they came back with it and mounted it back to the wall. Told me there was something wrong with back-end signalling. Would be fixed shortly by the Cable TV service provider. Indeed I found those affected TV channels were restored within 2 hour. I was pleased with their prompt response and resolution to my fault report.
