Sadly the kitchenette was dirty, especially the stove. The sheets had a stain and it was so noisy with tvs and people chatting till late at night. I don’t think the walls are very soundproofed. It is disappointing as the customer service desk has real friendly staff and our last stay here felt nicer.

do not use expedia or hotel.com
Hotel.com a nightmare. Woodsprings suites is great. But Expedia and Hotel.com fraudulently used my credit card to book me a room 2 months after I had been there. On top of that when I did used them, I didn't have a room when I got there. I was lucky to even get a room that night. Anyway, I had to cancel my credit card yesterday because of expedia! they charged a room I didn't check into to my credit card yesterday. Everything is attached to that credit card. You can't talk to Expedia. You get a chat bot AI. No real person. Don't use expedia you will regret it. It cost more money to book through them than directly at the hotel and you won't have a reservation and 2 months later they will randomly make you a reservation you won't show for but get charged for. They say they don't keep your card. Really how did they charge me 2 months after I was there?

Loud kids
Our stay was good , the hotel was very clean our only issue wasn't the hotel.but the other people staying in a room near us who allowed their children to run up and down the hallway at 2am and the room next to us who had their tv on loud all night. The hotel itself was fine.

New hotel but very thin walls
It was a nice enough hotel however you can hear anything going on in the near vicinity which made it very tough to rest well. The young woman working at night was very welcoming and kind. Good service!

Very clean. Bed wasn't that comfortable and pretty loud next to the parking lot. Electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work but she let me borrow an extension cord

Sehr dünne Wände
Zimmerwände sehr dünn. Man hörte den Fernseher bis Mitten in der Nacht. Auch die etwas lauteren Gespräche hörte man. Das Zimmer war sauber mit Laminat, leider war in der Küche kein Kochgeschir vorhanden, nur Plastikteller und Plastikbesteck. Kochen konnte man leider nichts da keine Töpfe. Für eine Nacht ok.
