A warm hotel offers marvellous hospitality. Special thanks to Crystal and Cream as both of them have been found helpful and sincere in attending to guest’s request. They have made the best use of WeChat as a tool to strengthen their guest relations.
My stay on April 10 was quite unpleasant due to leakage in the bathroom of Room no 1420. Incredibly lucky this time, I came across the same problem in Room number 1722. The problem has been brought to the attention of the GSM, Ms Amanda who has been found helpful and efficient in dealing with my complaint. I believe the hotel should further check and make efforts in prevention of any recurrence.
Nevertheless, thanks to Amanda for her good customer caring efforts.

Disruptive Noise During Check-In
During my check-in, there were other staff members talking loudly in the lobby, which made it difficult for me to hear the front desk attendant. Unfortunately, the female staff assisting me did not address the noise or attempt to minimize the disturbance. While her service was otherwise professional, the lack of action in that moment impacted the efficiency and comfort of the check-in process. I hope the team can be more mindful of maintaining a quieter environment for guests, especially during important interactions.
