We found a insect IN the bed when we went to sleep. At check-out, we told the lady at the reception, and she asked me if I wanted to request a refund. I said yes, and when she saw that this was a reservation through Hotels.com, she told me to file the complaint with you so that it could be forwarded to the hotel. Therefore, I am requesting a refund, please. Thank you
