I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for business, and they refused to produce a receipt when I checked out because I booked through this website, but not directly. I yelled at them for 10 minutes and they insisted to decline this basic right as a customer and a client. I am deeply dissapointed at this supposedly 5 star hotel.
Second, I booked a restaurant through its concierge for an important dinner with my colleagues. They got the date wrong and when we arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant had no table for us. This caused me a great deal of embarrassment.
I booked this hotel as it’s cheaper than other 5 star hotel nearby. Unfortunately this hotel is not equipped for business travelers, the front desk couldn’t understand that guests need their receipt, and the concierge can’t do a basic job right. I had dinner at its restaurant, I asked for medium rare and the steak was extremely over cooked, and it was tougher than the worst steak I have ever tasted.
