The view of the ocean from the room was very beautiful. The beach is down the road, so Please understand that there is No beach on the property!! The room was very Spacious, Comfortable and Clean!! The Tiki Bar at the pool was very nice (drinks were Perfect) there was also some good food choices. There’s a free hotel shuttle available to take you & your guest downtown , along with a scheduled pickup and drop off. The airport is located behind the hotel but it is Not noticeable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be Definitely returning soon!!

Path light from south building to the office were out completely and very dangerous for customers walking at night and may step on snakes. There is no complementary water bottles in the room and breakfast need more waffle maker to avoid long lines waiting. Coffee was terrible taste and need to be upgraded. But the location and the ocean view is beautiful.

We recently enjoyed our third stay at the Hampton Inn Key West, and overall, it was a pleasant experience, though there were some notable changes this time around. Firstly, the location continues to be a highlight. Shuttle bus allows easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches that the area is known for. The staff, as always, were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One significant change to note is the hotel’s new policy regarding service charges. The removal of the hotel service charge is a welcome adjustment, yet this has been offset by the introduction of a daily parking fee. While we understand the need to maintain the property and facilities, the additional cost for parking was a bit of a surprise and added to our overall expenses during the stay. Another change that affected our experience was the elimination of the complimentary drinks. In previous visits, these drinks not only provided a nice touch of hospitality but also helped to mask the noise from planes passing overhead. Without them, the noise felt a bit more intrusive than in our past stays, which detracted slightly from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Despite these changes, we still enjoyed our time at the Hampton Inn. The comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and prime location continue to make it a great choice for visitors to Key West.

Murs trop fin dans la chambre et donc nous entendions tout ce qui se passait chez nos voisins. Du à la végétation dans le parking une odeur désagréable était constamment présente. Pratique pour un court séjour mais pas pour plusieurs jours.

I was pleasantly surprised that we could not hear any planes taking off despite being so close to the airport! We liked the location being able to see the waterfront and access the water front walkway. We also liked the shuttle service to downtown.

Overall, it was a good stay. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. When I checked in they tried to charge $50 a night for parking though. Once I mentioned that Hotels.com said all the fees were already charged, they backed off.
