The hotel is about a five-minute drive from Villasimius, 65 minutes from Cagliari Airport, and around 75 minutes from Cagliari itself. After turning off the main road at a roundabout, you drive down a short dirt track with signage for reception. Guests enter through a gate and park in front of the hotel. Check-in was straightforward — we arrived at 12:30, waited about 10 minutes, and were then upgraded.

First Impressions & Design
The hotel’s interior design is questionable — the lobby furniture is mismatched, and the colour choices feel jarring rather than stylish. The terrace above the dining area offers pleasant views of the pool, however.

Room
We stayed in Room 1011, a ground-level room with a terrace facing the inner courtyard. This can be noisy when other guests are on phone calls, as sound echoes.
• Design: cupboard doors decorated in bright abstract green patterns (Sardinian weave style), and an unusual green-and-white ethnic-style headboard.
• Beds: one double and one single.
• Amenities: one small bottle of water per day (insufficient, especially with a coffee machine), four Nespresso capsules, glasses, and wine glasses. Storage space was good.
• Bathroom: spacious, with two sinks, large shower, bidet, toiletries, and a window for ventilation.
• Terrace: table and two chairs (both scratched and aged), sandy floor that wasn’t regularly swept.
