I will not be back
Let's start with my check in...While Jordan was doing her best to accommodate everyone, she was delivering news that at 10pm rooms were still being flipped due to some internal issue. I waited about 15-30 minutes and my room was ready. However, upon entering my room, we had a lamp that had no light bullbs in it, the carpet leading to the room was nasty with a large hair ball on the floor and I had to return to the front desk to request for someone to come clean the tub because the phone was dirty and didn't work. My family waited over an hour for additional towels and washcloths. The tub also backs up so while showering, it's like standing in a kiddie pool. I also picked this hotel for the charging feature, but I haven't seen it yet. My mom's room also had the smoke detector hanging off the wall. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone until they can adequately update the rooms.

Will not be back
For such an ideal location this was pretty bad. Customer service can always makeup where a hotel lacks aesthetics and cleanliness but it doesn't seem to make a difference at this location. We arrived at check in at 6:18pm and the rooms were not ready with 5 ppl still waiting. Would not give an estimated time. Next to the front desk were bathrooms that had no soap but a sign that told workers to wash their hands. Came back at 7:40pm and still had to wait for a room. One person could not give an estimated time when rooms would be ready but then someone else came out and said 5 minutes. No apologies. When we finally got in our room it had not been swept and there was hair in the toilet and bathroom floor and tub. Beds were done but one sheet had black marks on it. There was a candy wrap on the floor by the bed. The hotel itself seems very old and is very dirty. Carpets on the hallway are stained. They've just thrown nice furniture in very old and dusty rooms that need renovating. Just a huge disappointment. The only good thing was breakfast. The kitchen worker seemed to be the only person willing to keep an area clean and inviting.

Awful experience
I am extremely frustrated by choosing to book this hotel. Upon arrival at 7 PM I and several others had to wait in the lobby for over 15 minutes for a staff member to arrive to check us in. I certainly would not have booked this hotel had I known I would have to wait 15 minutes to check into a room. I was also concerned for the individual safety given that she stated she was the only person working. She only showed up to check people in after I and another person started knocking on the office door and calling the phone. I am traveling with my autistic child and I am here for disability awareness day at the state capital. This hotel’s handicap accessible lyft is not working and now we cannot have a friend of ours come to the hotel room. This information should absolutely be emailed to guests so they can make the decision to book another hotel. I was supposed to have a meeting here with this individual and now I have to find another location. I have booked hotels with your app for a decade and have never had an experience that made me this unhappy. In addition to all of this, the hotel was generally very unclean.

Do not book here
This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. It was disgusting. I felt unsafe, and there were no keys available for any other rooms. Some man let us in our room with the master key and we couldn’t leave again I tried to get a refund and keep getting the runaround. I took a shower in the morning before we left, and the shower leaked into the hallway and into the room.

Disgusting
Do not stay here if you want a clean place to stay. The hotel stinks and is filthy from the lobby to the elevators and the halls and then your room. Bathrooms were disgusting and I didn’t even want to walk around barefoot. The tv was on in the room when arriving and the remote didn’t work. Front desk didn’t even have batteries to replace for the sticky gross remote so you had to turn the tv and channel from a tiny button on the bottom of the tv. Do not stay here the pictures on the website are so deceptive.

Underwhelming
I was a little disappointed in how old the hotel. It did seem to have some cosmetic upgrade attempts, but still underwhelming. My room was not serviced once during my entire 3 day visit.
