Easy access but the room is small and dirty

Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor.

great location, near by Paddington station and a lots restaunt's nearby. Even the room is not big, but overall i think it's CP value is still high.

Construction noise started early in the morning

Construction noise in the morning, dated interior and you may not want to stay in the room during daytime. Good location to the underground and train. Yet I will try other hotels when I visit the city again.

Not suitable for traveller bringing large luggages

The room is on the basement floor and it’s too small. It’s difficult to push my large luggages through the narrow aisles. The only merit is the good location.

Great stay

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and a very convenient location. Rooms small, but this is Europe so we were ready. Would definitely recommend this place.

Bra hotell med närhet till Paddington. Frukosten över förväntan och bra för att vara i England. Mycket varmt rum men flertalet fläktar fanns så det fick bra. Bodde mitt i sommaren med familj.

Ulidelig varme og dårlig seng

Der var ingen aircondition på værelset og ingen muligheder for at åbne et vindue. Derfor blev der også ulideligt varmt på værelset. Jeg havde købt chokolade som gave til venner og familie og det smeltede alt sammen. Der var heller ingen topmadras på sengen, og man kunne mærke alle fjedrene tydeligt gennem madrassen, så man vågnede med ondt i ryggen. Generelt var udsenet af værelset også trist og forfaldent

Very happy about our stay in this hotel

I've stayed in several hotels in London, but this one was by far my best experience. People at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very well located. Our room was quite and clean. I recommend it!

Im 174, and my feet went over the edge of the bed in a standard double room. And the first night the hotel had no water whatsoever so no shower, no toilets.. just wait untill tomorrow unfortunately.

A Terrible Stay with Unexpected Ants!

Very disappointed with our stay. We discovered ants in the bathroom around during the night and by morning they had spread across the floor and curtains—an unpleasant and unhygienic experience. The room was also uncomfortably hot all night, with limited ventilation despite fans and a balcony door that barely opened. We had to step into the hallway to get some colder air. For £290 per night, I expected much higher standards. I’ve contacted the hotel twice through Hotels.com and also via their email on the website with no response.
