Get what you pay for
I stay at marriotts often but was disappointed by this Spring Hill. We had two small blood stains on our carpet in front of the sink, the sink dripped even if you tried to maneuver the lever, the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were extremely small. Our bathroom was cleaned on day 2 and yellow was on the floor so we re cleaned it since it looked like pee or cleaning solution left behind which was gross. Also, the front desk person was not friendly. The room we had wss also on the train side so the whole room shook. The only positive was the girl working the breakfast station each day was so friendly.

Weekend getaway
The place was nice, but there were issues with the elevator. The man at the counter was not friendly at all, the ladies were though. The room was spacious, loved the bathroom area. Breakfast was delicious!

Parents weekend
Second stay in 3 months. Close to college for parents weekend. Everyone is very nice. Breakfast saves time and money. Didn’t give higher rating because a couple of the front desk were a bit cold.

Schönes Hotel. Nette Pool Anlage. Zimmer großzügig und komfortabel eingerichtet. WiFi ist gut. Frühstück gut. Es könnte ein zweites Waffeleisen bereitgestellt werden. Das Personal war ausnahmslos nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist gut für Besuche am Strand oder zum Stadion. Sawgrass Mills Outlet ca. 35 Minuten. Stayed here just for a night after attending a concert. The hotel was in line with what you would expect from a Marriott, which is why we chose this location. The hotel is older but updated. Staff was incredibly kind. The only negatives I have: bed was uncomfortable/stiff (but ok since we just needed a place to rest for a night) and there is only 1 waffle maker for breakfast (creating a long line for a simple breakfast).

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary—everything surpassed our expectations. Even during a tornado alert, the atmosphere remained calm and serene. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. Having access to a washer was a huge plus for our family on a 9-day trip. I also want to highlight Zhanna at the front desk. Every time we walked in, she greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome and was always eager to help us. Her exceptional service truly elevated our experience—she was the cherry on top of a perfect stay!

My only complaint is that the temp in the room didn't go below 73° and it was warm to sleep. We had to sleep across the bed to be under the vent and uncovered. The thermostat was set to 65°.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. First, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 a.m., well before the 11 a.m. checkout time, and returned again at 10:30 a.m., which felt intrusive. We were told breakfast was served until 10 a.m., but when we arrived at 9:30 a.m., it had already been packed up. The front desk staff was rude, shouting that breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m. on weekdays. Fortunately, a kind busboy offered us some leftover eggs and waffles. The staff at check-in was cold and unwelcoming, and the rooms are outdated, with carpeting in the kitchen and bathroom sink area, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, I was not pleased with my stay and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
