服務很好，早餐是套餐方式供應，六選一，還有附優格、果汁、水果，咖啡自己倒，我們覺得很好喝。 客房蠻乾淨的，每天都會幫忙整理房間；地理位置不錯，鬧中取靜，生活機能很好。 整體性價比很棒，推推👍👍👍

Clean, quiet and new rooms in centre of Saigon
Hotel is in quiet lane, walking distance to many restaurants and main attractions! Room is new, small, but clean! The hotel manager and staff is absolutely delightful and helpful.Room had only a window to internal the staircase! It bothered me first, that it was with no view to the outside, but we had aircon on and we spend most time anyhow exploring the city! So it was ok for a 2 night stay! Unfortunately the rooms with windows were full booked for our stay! Would go back there next time.

Really nice hotel, the rooms were simple but had everything we needed and were very clean. The staff was very helpfu. The breakfast was good and the location was within walking distance of almost everything. Would love to stay again.

Täysin keskiverto saigonilainen majoitus. Pieni huone, jossa oli ikkuna kuten pitikin, mutta ikkuna oli sisälle talon portaikkoon. Sinällään totta, mutta vilunkipeliä tosiasiassa. Siisteys ihan hyvä, samoin kph. Wifi hyvä. Äänieritys tosi huono, onneksi ei sijaitse tienvarressa vaan sivukujalla, muuten ei nukuttaisi. Lisäksi meneillään oli remontti ja piikkaus alkoi jo ennen aamuseiskaa. Tästä ei ollut mitään mainintaa eikä asiaa pahoiteltu. Muutamissa palautteissa mainittu henkilökunnan palvelualttius ja mukavuus ei pistänyt silmään. Hintaansa nähden ihan ok, mutta en uudestaan tulisi.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Piano Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City recently, and I can only share positive experiences. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were always well-maintained and tidy, which made for a very pleasant stay. It’s clear that the management takes great pride in keeping the hotel in top condition. The staff at the Piano Hotel were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. They were always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had, making my stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, the hotel boasts an excellent central location, just a stone's throw away from Ben Thanh Market. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant surroundings, indulge in local cuisine, and shop for souvenirs. Overall, my experience at the Piano Hotel was fantastic. With its impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, and prime location, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Friendly boutique hotel experience
The staff is very attentive and accommodating as they work to give guests a great experience. The location is central to much of what tourists want to see and do in District 1. Overall it's a very affordable experience.

Love our stay there. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is cozy and clean. It locates in an alley which car/SUV can drive through… slowly. The breakfast options are understandably limited but you can easily get food somewhere else. One of the weird thing is that the card key expires every 2 days so it is a bit inconvenient to renew it. However, we enjoyed our stay and will get back in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Piano Hotel. Incredible service and hospitality provided - we felt very welcomed. In addition to the great location, we appreciated the cleanliness and delicious complimentary breakfast. We will definitely rebook next time we are in Ho Chi Minh!

Small, family run boutique hotel. Very clean. We got a room with single double bed and a small window that looked at the inside of the hotel. But since we were out most of the time, it didn't matter and we never open the curtains. Came with breakfast - the yogurt was delicious! Not buffet style. You order a dish from the menu (1 order /pax only). I ordered the beef fried noodles all the time; one day it was on the sweet side, but another it was too spicy. Still good, nonetheless. The very nice lady boss did explained why she was unable to make it less spicy. Location - along side street, but close enough to intersection with major street. Very convenient to good dinning/shopping. Convenient store just few steps away and street food vendors all around. Staff members, including the lady boss, were very helpful (eg. sharing good dinning locations). Some staff has limited english ability, so need to be patient. But they still tried their best to help and provide info. Would definitely recommend!
