I called the hotel on the night we arrived hours prior to our arrival to arrange the shuttle to pick us up. One Sonesta shuttle did show up but it was a ride to the wrong Sonesta. I called the hotel and I was told that I had to take an Uber now and that transportation could not be arranged. The next morning, I called the front desk on various occasions attempting to schedule the schuttle to the aiport. The front desk would not answer and when they did picked up the phone, nobody spoke, so I kept saying hello, hello? nobody. I had to go downstairs to speak to somebody directly. I requested the schuttle with 45 minutes in advance. The shuttle showed up 35 minutes late and the driver LITERALLY parked, walked passed us, and when we ask if we could go because we were late, the driver responded: "not my problem". He took his time inside the hotel, came out and began talking on the phone while we waited. I approached him and said: "why are you being so rude? we need to go!" he responded: "well... I guess you will have to find somebody to take you to the airport now". I reported this to the front desk, and not much was done. The dude ended up taking us, but with a huge attitude and when we arrived, he left our bags in the middle of the road where the cars still drive by. He would not help us to move them to the curve. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!!!
