Allocated a disability room, request was not made for one. The check in clerk , said You guys requested a disability room. ( Absolutely did not).Hotel fully booked ? Told no other rooms available . The dish washer had three dirty plates in it. The room blind was broken, had to request staff to attend room to close, (electronically operated, panel broken).After button pushing on panel the blind eventually closed, (operated by the check in person. The next morning blind would not open, requested at the desk someone to attend to open it. Someone would be sent up, still waiting.
