Wifi worked pretty good. The bed was comfortable and clean but bathtub was absolutely disgusting. Parking was terrible. The day we had to check out (before checkout time which is 10) the keycards stopped working and the cleaning crew just walked in without knocking while we were changing. The only good thing was the acess to the beach.

Seahaven stay

While we really enjoyed, immediately upon walking in our room it rank of the smell of urine. Immediately noticed that the toilet area had not been clean. I cleaned this myself. Thankful I travel prepared.

Horrible

The mattress had bed bugs and I I went down to the front desk and spoke with the manager and they told me that they would refund me but I booked through a third-party which is hotels.com and y’all would have to reach out to them and they would release my refund status. It’s almost been a week later and I’m getting lies and bull crap from both of y’all and I have proof in my phone. I would like to email somebody I want to refund.

My go to every year.

It was a good value for the price. I come multiple times a year and it’s basically a good place if you are just needing a place to sleeep and shower. Front desk staff and housekeeping was generally very nice and accommodating. Its not a 5 ⭐️ but it’s a good place.

Great view.. bad service

Called desk about broken door was assured it would be fixed the next day. Never came to fix it. No cleaning service. Requested towels several times. Toilet paper holder ripped from wall. The smell of weed everywhere. Not a family friendly place.

Beware!

I have stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and this is the by far the most run down filthy place I’ve stayed. Yes you are right on the water and the beach is beautiful but this hotel should be condemned. There was water damage all over with peeling paint and discoloration. I felt dirty coming out of the shower it was so gross. The air conditioner worked but the grates were falling off and it was covered in mold. We even changed rooms because there was an active leak in the bathroom above ours and the second room was on the top floor and still disgusting. Also we took the elevator to the top floor and I was happy to have gotten out of it alive. The grounds are disgusting also. The “housekeeping” leave trash outside and trash water was leaking all over the place. I can’t discourage people from staying here enough. It also wasn’t even that cheap! Do not book here!

It was ok not the greatest.

Parking lot was always crowded. Cold water pressure was horrible it was either a freezing cold or scalding hot shower. Had a maintenance issue when arriving to room had to go to front office several times and call several times to remind them. That maintenance was needed in room. Took maintenance over 4 hours before coming. Will not be staying here again.

Vacation from hell!

100% do not recommend to anyone EVER! At check in time was told we would have to wait on towels to be ready before we could be issued our room while other rooms were being allowed to check in without towels… mind you we arrived after the scheduled check in time. The room smelt like straight bleach but there was still white and black specks on the white linens on the bed, mold in the shower, the white baseboards were almost black, sticky substances in the end tables, and dust under lamps. The walkways on the main floor were clean but the beach level walk ways were absolutely disgusting. Trash, cigarette butts, food, maggots, completely unsanitary. We took the kids to the pool and there was a homeless man sleeping on a pool chair by the pool. The gate to the pool area was broken so it was not secured to hotel guest. The over experience was completely terrible. The only positive thing I can say it at least there wasn’t bed bugs… but boy was everything else DISGUSTING! Use your money elsewhere and maybe this hotel will consider some MAJOR renovations or close their doors all together
