La chambre (draps, toilettes, douche…) est propre. La chambre est spacieuse. À disposition, café, thé, eau renouvelés tous les jours. L’hôtel prête des vélos. Le personnel est aimable et disponible. Le chemin d’accès est accidenté, comme beaucoup de chemins à la Veleta, mais reste pratiquable

The only thing that we always had a struggle everytime we go out was to be extra careful on the road especially at night . It was bumpy and there were no signs at all. But we had a nice stay. Its 9/10 for me.

The property was beautiful well equipped with everything a smart traveler would require and a lot you wouldn’t think of. We were completely safe there. It was beautiful. Great atmosphere, the host are very nice and ready to help. Not too far from town maybe 10-15min walk or 8min ATV ride. Only drawback is the unfinished roads otherwise great hotel.

This hotel is very charming and quaint, yet updated and modern. It’s a cozy 9 room boutique hotel with wonderful staff service and privacy. The location was great in La Valetta and close to everything to walk to. The rates were very fare, I will definitely stay here again great value!

We really enjoyed our stay here. V quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff here is amazing here and are v knowledgeable of the city and can help you plan your days. My stay at the Little Gem Hotel in Tulum La Veleta was a welcome surprise after a last-minute change of plans forced us to cancel our Airbnb. From April 5th to 7th, the hotel proved to be an excellent alternative, offering exceptional service and support that truly enhanced our Tulum experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's commitment to going above and beyond for its guests. The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation, which was a huge relief given our unexpected situation. Their assistance didn't stop there; they also provided excellent recommendations for local excursions, ensuring we didn't miss out on any of Tulum's must-see sights. The recommendations for restaurants were equally valuable, leading us to some truly memorable dining experiences. In short, the Little Gem Hotel provided a level of support and local expertise that transformed a potentially stressful situation into a seamless and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding concierge-level service in Tulum.
