L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel mais vétuste, aussi bien la salle de bain (chasse d’eau très fragile ) que la cuisine (le strict minimum, pas de torchon) La télévision ne captait quasiment pas de chaînes correctement. La literie était confortable, par contre il était impossible de brancher une lampe de chevet faute de prise électrique à proximité. Nous avons aussi découvert qu’il y avait des souris qui ont été piégées par la suite. Coté bruit, il vaut mieux avoir un bon sommeil, il y a des fêtards dans le coin et pas mal de circulation, et comme les fenêtres sont très fines, on entend tout… Par contre, très bonne situation géographique de l’hôtel (métro et supermarché à proximité), et une bonne réactivité lorsque nous avons signalé les problèmes. L’entretien quotidien des chambres est aussi très bien. Et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages quelques heures avant de quitter la ville. Une solution très pratique et fonctionnelle mais il ne faut pas être trop exigeant sur l’état général du logement.

Our flight into NY was early and we were allowed to check-in to the room early. Greatly appreciated! We had a room on the 3rd fl w/shared bathroom and kitchen with another room. The clerk told us he would try not book the other room if he could. It was not booked. Greatly appreciated! Wasn't too crazy about the neighbor, felt a little sketchy. There was a bar next door and if not for the A/C unit in our room the noise would have been awful. (The A/C in our room was a portable unit) Room was small, very minimal but you're in NY - Get out of the room.

Staff was gracious and amazing. My friend arrived before me and I was so happy they let her into the room. The room was very spacious. Beds were ok, although my pillows were flat & hard which made it a little hard to sleep. I would have VERY much appreciated a bit of coffee in the kitchen. Or even the option to purchase some kind of kit with coffee and milk. Overall though it was a nice stay for a good price.

The staff were incredibly kind. Location was great. We got a bigger room than we expected. It was the biggest room I have ever had in NYC before. The only thing I will say is that the building is very old, so there's only 1 outlet in the room and the outlet didn't work. The plug fell out and wouldn't stay in place. We loved everything else though!

Personalet var meget venlig og imødekommende. Værelset var rent, men meget nedslidt og mørkt. Vinduer permanent rullet for, da de vender ud mod lukket mørk gård og bygninger. AC og køleskab larmer meget, om man kan høre rumlen fra subway, der kører forbi tæt på. Meget lydt, så man kan høre alt, der foregår ude på gangen af snak, støvsugning osv. Helt grundlæggende var prisen for værelset for høj i forhold til standen - selv NYC priser taget i betragtning.

Väldigt bra service, grym personal med Gabe i spetsen. Perfekt läge med restaurager, barer, pubar, shopping i omedelbar närhet. Enkelt att ta sig runt i Manhattan med tunnelbanan som ligger två stenkast från hotellet.

The room was generally clean and reasonably comfortable, except for the noisy window AC, small beds and lack of counter space and towel racks in the bathroom. The location was very convenient to lots of restaurants and some shopping.
