Excellent Stay

This is a wonderful Hotel, in Trondheim . We loved our time there. Great room, clean and comfortable. An extensive buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.unfortunately we had a dreadfully slow check in after completing it online before we arrived so not sure what advantage that was. Trondheim is an easy walking city with plenty to do for a couple days and this hotel is well located to take advantage of them.

Un établissement pratique pour visiter Trondheim, à environ 5 min des différents points d'intérêts. Chambre avec une fenêtre donnant sur l'eau, sa taille est un peu limitée. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Le seum écueil est le parking sous l'hôtel dont le prix est excessif : plus de 50€ pour une nuitée ce qui rajoute 30% au prix de la chambre. Même en plein centre d'Oslo ou de Bergen : jamais vu un parking aussi cher!

Bra läge, nytt och modernt. Fantastisk frukost! Trevlig personal. Förbättringspotential; vi hade vår hund med oss och fick betala 300 kr extra för det. Men för den summan skulle man kanske kunna begära att de ställer in en hundskål och lägger in en filt och kanske till o med lite hundgodis. Men inget extra alls för den extra kostnaden! Delvis svårt (och dyrt) med parkeringen utanför hotellet.

Nice rooms away from 6th floor. Excellent location

We upgraded to a superior room and were allocated one on the 6th floor initially The problem was the curtain was very difficult, almost impossible, to open and close because it was in two parts. Even the staff struggled. (And the view of the roof was hardly exciting either!). When closed it didn't keep the light out in the daytime, so we asked to be moved the next day. That was no problem and our room on the 5th floor was good - only negative point was that the room safe was at floor level so not that easy to access for older folk like us. Food was very good, we ate one evening meal there too, and it was very conveniently located for the historical part of town. The river view from the dining room was nice.
Curtain on 6th floor. The runners are in the bar and top and very difficult to move.
