Not worth it
The hotel was way overpriced for what they offered. It had the quality of a cheap hotel. The telephone didn’t work, the TV remote didn’t work and the room had no privacy. If you open the curtains since it opens to a wall.. We asked to change room since we are facing a wall, but we’re not able to get another kind of room. I would not recommend this hotel. And, they offer no breakfast.

1 night stay & the visitors center next to hotel
Very clean, spacious got all we need it for a night stay, we did not like been assigned a room outside (motel type) with a parking lot in front of our door. Everything else was very good.

Will stay again
Convenient location to downtown (4min drive or less than 20 min walk). 10/10 clean property. Spacious room. Staff helpful throughout the stay. Dog friendly property. We will stay again next time visiting St Augustine.

Terrible, had to leave. Beware!
Checked in with my husband and 2 year old and husband immediately realized floor was super slippery in room, like someone had spilled an oil? Had to set towels on floor for my toddler not to fall. Tried to call for service yet phone and alarm clock sitting on nightstand for decoration apparently and not functioning. We had to run out for dinner and tours and by the time we got back noticed room was so humid everything was wet. Bed and our bags seem to be wet. Had to pack our thing and head out in the middle of the night since there was no way our toddler could sleep there. Tried to contact manager and hotels.com for at least a partial refund but of course both parties are now blaming each other and giving me the run around. Do not recommend staying here at all!

Ok
Found some dead bugs in the sheets which was not pleasant otherwise the room was ok, I don’t know what made it a suite though. We needed a pullout for a fifth person to sleep and there was only two chairs which we had to use for sleeping. Thought from description there would be a pullout sofa or loveseat

Terrible....never going back.
The floor was so dirty my socks were black. Room was musky.The tv sucked , had to be from the 90's. Could turn it on without going through a slew of things then we had to ask the lobby to help. Which wasn't helpful at all, they could of cared less. Thier website makes it look 10x better than it really is. Its a motel not a "hotel". The tiny restaurant in the "motel" was horrible. I wouldn't even pay for one of the dishes, it was so tough we couldn't chew it. The only thing good i can say is the the bed & pillows were comfortable. We will not be going back ever.

Worst place to stay in Saint Augustine
Terrible place, dirty room, restroom smelled like trash, uncomfortable beds, the AC smelled humid, no soap or bath get provided, unmotivated staff at the lobby. In a nutshell do not let them to STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Disappointed
Before we booked we called to double check the distance from the downtown area and parking they were short said 84 rooms 84 spots we arrived and the room smelled like smoke it was suppose to be a non smoking room they also charged us extra money at checkin for a service charge I’ve never heard of such a thing but paid it the pictures on the internet are very deceiving I would consider this more of a motel not a hotel
