Delightful hotel with delicious breakfast basket & kind customer service! Very convenient location. Beautiful rooms. One of the best showers in terms of water pressure & heating up quickly. Lovely view of Acropolis from the rooftop area. My husband & I and our 12-years old stayed here. It was supposed to be for 2 nights but we ended up staying a whole day & night at JFK airport due to NORSE airlines delaying a flight for 10+ hours before canceling finally at midnight. (Note to self: never book with them again). But, this hotel arranged and rearranged transportation for us directly from the airport and brought us our breakfasts in the room right away so we could eat and rest. I really appreciated their kind service. They also granted us a late checkout for the next day — we had paid for 2 nights but only got to enjoy the one night. Wish we could stay longer!

Good stay, a few frustrations

Super friendly and helpful staff (shoutout to Nikos and the two women who worked the front). Bedrooms were spacious; bathrooms seemed poorly designed with tons of toiletries except one we needed: hand soap. Was a little unnerved when we came back to our room and the door was wide open (nothing taken). Breakfast was great.

Kurztrip Athen

Das Hotel wurde zwar wohl renoviert, aber eher einfach und es wird wenig gepflegt. Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Es gibt kein Büfett, sondern man bekommt alles in einem Korb serviert und auf Tellern zubereitet. Auswahl naja, Kaffee nur Filterkaffee. Auf Wunsch gibt’s wenigstens guten Kaffee von der Maschine. Muss aber vom EG in den 6. Stock gebracht werden und daher alles eher lauwarm. Wellnessbereich klein und eher ein Kellerloch und schmuddelig. Wir waren enttäuscht, haben bei diesen sehr guten Bewertungen viel mehr erwartet. Definitiv keine 4 Sterne. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf die Akropolis ist schön und Lage zum erkunden der Stadt gut. Personal ist schon bemüht, aber das entschädigt nicht.

The hotel is very close to all Athens attractions. The room was clean and pretty comfort. Elevator fits to 2 small persons, meaning a big issue for guests on the highest floor, and getting to the rooftop for breakfast. Breakfast not recommended. It is served in a basket, and the products are not selected by the guests. Hot drinks are served in a metal bottle, which most of the times it was already cold when arrived. One morning , we left after waiting 30 min for the food that didn't arrive. If you have no problem with using the stairs, eating breakfast outside wich is not a problem, there are plenty options. The place is perfect as it is clean comfort and close to everything.

The stay was nice. Indoor pool in room is not heated. The manager tried to charge us for our stay even though we had already paid in full online. Seemed a little strange. Location was nice and the restaurants near were amazing

Great location, special property.

I came for work. My family liked the property very much. From the photos I expected something a bit different, but overall it was a very nice place. Having a pool in the room was a real luxury, unfortunately half the time we were there we couldn’t use it because the water was having a problem heating. The staff did what they could, but I was disappointed about the problem.

My wife and I stayed in A.P Acropolis View Apartments located in the Psyrri neighborhood during the last portion of our trip to Athens, Greece. For reference, the 1st and middle portions of our trip included stays in the Esse hotel (Plaka neighborhood in Athens) and in the Ira hotel & Spa (Firostefani neighborhood in Santorini). Pros: Psyrri location; Luxurious appearance of rooms; Great hot tub; Great water pressure & hot water in bathroom, Good views; Spacious bathroom; balcony. Cons: Terrible internet Wi-Fi (not working for our floor at all during our 3 night stay and we had to use Wi-Fi from other floors which was spotty at best). No staff available for help after 4pm (we arrived at 5pm and hadn't been informed on how to enter the building so we had to wait for another guest who was entering to let us in. We then found our room key on the reception desk w/a letter). No smart tv. Many, little issues with the room like a loud filtration system under the bathroom sink with doors that would not shut, loose towel rod, missing shower valve control knob, sauna-like hallway temperature that could not be adjusted, drywall damage in bathroom ceiling, no power to tv for 1st night and half of day 2, partially broken safe, etc. The hotel mgr. Wasn't there during our stay so the person at reception tried his very best to help us with our many issues but he was new so he was constantly calling his 2 mgrs for answers. Thankfully our bill was adjusted to compensate for the shortcomings.

The property is perfectly located to enjoy Psirri and surrounding areas. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are beyond helpful. Breakfast baskets are huge and to be enjoyed leisurely overlooking the Acropolis from the rooftop. Highly recommend! Thank you for an excellent stay 🙏

Hôtel en plein centre, parking payant à proximité (10€/24h) . Quartier q proximité accessible à pied. Nombreuses options de restauration autour.
