Really lovely stay, great view and hospitality

The place is lovely. The staff are also amazingly friendly and kind. The breakfast is lovely. Served at the top floor with a view, they give you so much food it also covers lunch as well! Really friendly service and unique experience. The spa is also very lovely and a nice private experience. The whole hotel smells amazing as well.

Great communication. Breakfast was very filling. Pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon, breads, coffee, juice, and more!! Room was great. I got the suite with the two balconies. It’s a regular size room for we American types. Not the rooms that you can nearly turn around in. Location was a little off putting given the graffiti and trash cans but felt safe and would have no problem sending my sister or nieces. My room and balcony pics won’t load?

Highly recommended. Although it was a boutique hotel, Rooms were very spacious and breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the acroplis was the special touch for this property. Very convenient and walkable to tons of shops, restaurants, and main sites like Acropolis.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! One of the absolute highlights was the homemade breakfast served on the rooftop each morning—enjoying delicious local dishes while taking in the stunning view of the Acropolis was an unforgettable experience. The hospitality of the owners truly made us feel at home. They were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was also perfect—within easy walking distance to great restaurants and the vibrant Monastiraki town centre, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. Our apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed that made for restful nights after long days of exploring. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to include conditioner in the bathroom amenities alongside the shampoo. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens!

The street in front of the property seemed questionable. However, once we went around the corner to the right there were quaint cafes and shops. It was about a 15-20 min walk to Acropolis. The front desk check in was easy. We were given a map of the area and suggestions. They arranged transport to cruise port for us the next day. Breakfast was wonderful on rooftop. Our transport from airport did not show up but it was easy to just get a taxi in the middle of the day. I would stay here again.

wonderful stay

The location is great, the hotel staff are very profession, courteous, and go out of their way to be helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was amazing. And having access to the spa pool was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Totally recommend.

This property is in a great location. Very close to unlimited restaurants and a 30min walk to the acropolis. The breakfast on the roof is great and the beds are very comfortable. The Air conditioning in the room worked very well. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hidden gem. The best breakfast in Athens!

Very nice property. Reception staff was friendly. The pool and sauna were nice. Breakfast was top notch and the guy who was the breakfast server was very approachable. Will need to do something about the annoying birds and pigeons that try to steal the food. I didn't know I had to switch rooms after 2 days for a 4-day trip, but they did good and tried to make it up to me.
