When I arrived, there was a lady having a dispute about a charge to her cancelled account, because the room was not in good order, which I found out about my room later. Took almost an hour to check in. Had to recode door key twice, but didn't work. Gave me another room, and same thing happened, but did get it to work. T V wouldn't come on. Had to plug into lamp outlet to work. Original 60's furniture, unkept and draws hard to open.
Queen beds with king headboards; looked terrible. No closet to hang clothes. Small low original commode.
Tiny soap bars; no soap or shampoo dispensary. A small t v. Had to slam door to close. Phone unplugged and don't work. Had to keep walking back to office. Clock don't work. Tub stopped up. drains slow, so your're standing in water while showing. Water barely warm, won't get hot.
Renovation was in progress in many rooms. Instead of curtains being closed, they were open exposing stressed workmanship. Some rooms were stacked with the old furniture, that were going back into the remodeled rooms and should have been discorded. Kids had spilled ice cream in the walk way right by the office and it wasn't cleaned up until the next morning, and only with a rag, no water used.
upon checkout, I requested some type of printout for my visit, clerk indicated that because I used outside registration service, I had to get it from them.
One family came back three times with a key issue while I waited in line. Only one clerk. 4 people behind me. No help came
