Very bad experience. Elevator didn’t work. I have to carry bags to 4th floor by stairs and they promised to change room to lower floors next day which never happened There’s no manager in duty to talk.

Over priced motel not hotel
Elevator didn't work had to go up 3 flights of stairs after a long flight with 2 bags and 2 luggage... there were people outside my door talking loud and drinking I had to open the door as a threat after they kept hitting the window .. my spouse found pubs in the shower. Staff were great but for 270 it didn't look like the pictures plus it's a motel not a hotel over priced

Shameful Display of Discrimination
We use LaQuinta for some of our business clients. The last reservation was for 5 rooms. Corporate should be embarassed on how we were treated. My clients were little people and were told they could not check in because the reservations were held in our company name, not individually. We've never had a problem with this before. You simply change the name to the person staying in the room. It's already 100% pd for. Nope, your staff told them that if we didn't change the names thru hotels.com to the correct person, they were going to cxl the rooms. I was not about to cxl and re-reserve at a different rate and possibly lose the rooms so, I had to personally drive there since my name was on the reservation. In the meantime, i was on the phone w/staff to try and fix over the phone and they hung up on me. They said the GM said i needed to email a copy of my license. i did. then they said, he decided that wasn't good enough and if I didn't show up, they were going to cancel 5 rooms When i got there, my clients informed me that they were told to stand outside til this was resolved. When i got there, I asked why there is such an issue, who hung up on me, where is the GM that changed his mind and if they had an issue with Little People being in their hotel. Discrimination is not cool. All of a sudden, 4 clerks were stumbling over themselves to appease us. Your staff obviously did not want my clients there and made it known to all who were in lobby. Absolutely shameful!

Pros: Nice rooms, very friendly and nice staff, great hot breakfast. Cons: The floors looked clean but my socks and feet were black with dirt from walking around. Overall though- a very nice hotel and I’d stay again!

Horrible
The hotel was filthy. When we arrived to our first room the bathroom had a leak,water was all over the floor. The second room was filthy, with no Internet service, the third and last room was also filthy, had German cockroaches in the room, which I have tried to upload the photo but this app won't allow it. That was the last incident, luckily we didn't have our belongings in the room yet. Not only was the place filthy, they had a lot of drug traffic present on premises, very unsafe.

Lipstick on a Pig - Avoid this places
I thought I was safe with the “LaQuinta” brand. This hotel proved me otherwise. Where do I start? The doors between the rooms are thin and not sealed, so every conversation, argument, phone call and yelling comes right through. I stayed for two nights, with a different occupant next door to me each night. Neither were quiet, always yelling or arguing. Told front desk, they said they would inform “security” - and nothing changed. I’d rather have been at a hotel near Disney with kids, at least they eventually go to sleep. The topper: This place is a dump, that’s been “refreshed” - and not very well. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in at some point by a SWAT team, and then painted over. I slipped getting in the shower… Why? Because the PAINT on the bottom of the tub was peeling off!!! Yep, remodeling the shower consisted of spraying the entire thing white - tile walls, tub, everything. Who paints a bathtub?!?!? (See photos!) No one sleeps at this hotel, even if you WANT to. You can’t. People are up at all hours of the night being loud, getting ice, banging around, yelling, just overall being inconsiderate of everyone else there. Constant smell of freshly smoked weed. I would never stay here again. Ever. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

It sucked. The room was terrible. No rack or tray in the shower so everything you needed had to either sit on the floor or on top of the toilet outside the shower. Refrigerator froze my sodas. TV not connected to internet.
