The hotel is excellent, with a prime location, cleanliness, and impeccable service. The food is very good, although very spicy. From the eggs Benedict at breakfast to lunch, they should have warned me that it has a lot of pepper. But the food was good. But what left me very dissatisfied was the beach service. We were three people and they wouldn't let me use the three beach chairs. They said I could only use two per apartment. If I wanted, I had to pay. It was a Monday, the hotel was practically empty, and there were piles of empty chairs stacked one on top of the other. It wasn't very nice of them, since the hotel never once informed me that there were two chairs per apartment. Another thing is that they charge a $32 resort fee and they don't mention this at the time of purchase. They told me to pay for parking through the app using a QR code. At checkout, they charged the hotel again. I paid twice for parking. It's a shame for such a good hotel with services that leave something to be desired.
