Very traditional and for Christmas season is the best. The most classics event are at waking distance.

Everything was great!!

Unfortunately for me, the Plaza had no hot water during my stay. They were gracious enough to comp my room service bill but all I really wanted after a day of traveling from Europe was a shower.

This was our first time to stay at The Plaza Hotel, and it won't be our last! Our room was beautiful. The hotel was tranquil, and no one ever bugs you. The hotel interior from the moment you walk in makes you feel that you are staying at a place and not a hotel. There is a lot of security at this hotel, so you always feel safe. There is a Food Mall downstairs in the hotel, which is marvelous. We didn't go there until our last day because it is market poorly, and we thought it would be a lot of Las Vegas types of buffets, but it's not, it is beautifuly decorated in Art Nouveau fashion, and it is full of tasty items. There are sit down restaurants there, too. One can also buy cute gift candies, which are packaged in boxes that are real keepsakes. Next time we stay here, I will go to the Food Hall every day just for the pastries. The service at the hotel is impeccable, and The Palm restaurant makes you feel like you have stepped back in time, it is so elegant.

I had a wonderful time! The epitome of luxury.
