Good Place
We booked last minute and for the price it was good. Our room overlooked the pool area so nice views. The room and bathroom was very clean and the staff was great. Awesome location in downtown and the bar was great and had live music every day. The not-so-good was that there are a pigeons roosting and making messes on the balconies. No elevator so if you have problems with stairs, request a first floor room. Also at times there was no hot water. They are very strict about no-smoking so you have to walk onto the street sidewalk to smoke.

Quite Decent Stay
I stay at this hotel every time i go to Isla Mujeres. It has a nice pool and you can see the water from the beach beyond across the street. I don’t know which rooms are on the site that are Edificio 2 but I will request next time. The bed was very firm.

Mycket trevligt mellanklasshotell med suveränt läge. Bara över gatan till öns bästa strand. Väldigt lugnt också, då det låg i slutet av den trafikerade huvudgatan. 10 min gångavstånd till färjan och 5 min till turistgatan. Enligt receptionen skulle wifi finnas bara i allmänna utrymmen men vi hade utmärkt uppkoppling i vårt rum och vid poolen. Få solbäddar vid poolen, men fanns alltid lediga. Hotellet behöver dock lite uppfräschning utvändigt.

Good location
We were probably given an older room with an entrance door that didn’t have a secure lock on the door along with a gap at the bottom and top. We asked for a face cloth more than once and never received one. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and satisfactory however the pillows were extremely hard which made sleeping difficult.

Property and rooms were not as advertised. Amenities were not as advertised. Construction was going on that blocked part of the entrance. Bar area was closed and poolside chairs were falling apart. Room had stains on the floors, walls and couch. Restroom toilet broke twice in the 12 hours we stayed before cancelling our stay.

PDM is convenient to Centro and has a nice pool with a bar and restaurant but I've stayed here many times and do not see improvements. Simple things like a toilet seat that fits, not enough towels and showers that need attention. We soaked our shower head in a bag of vinegar to get it to spray. Just keep the small things up to date and the place is worth the good price.

I stayed here 10/26/24 for three nights. If I had to stay longer I would have looked for another hotel on the island to move to. Hotel did not list that it was under construction when I booked. Very poor conditions, with paint coming off walls everywhere, lighting in room and halls missing hubs and very dark. My bathroom had black mold spots and dirty shower curtain and shower drain wouldn’t drain properly. I had to turn off shower three times to wait for it drain water while showering. Could be a nice property again, but not right now for sure!!!
