One of the worst experiences I've had staying in a hotel water main broke in our room. Got everything wet hotel. Couldn't find the water main, so it kept gushing out. Got us into another room, then proceeded to give us a hard time and not help with reimbursement. Of items that were damaged during incident. Zero stars

Okay but Problematic
Fire alarm went off for over half an hour (likely of no fault of the hotel) and the water was unavailable afterwards til 1am. The floor was dirty but everything else was fine, what I would expect from a hotel at this price. Otherwise, I would have rated this hotel a 3-star.

Hotel muito bom para quem quer ficar por longo período ou em família. Tem fogão , geladeira grande, microondas , porem não tem os utensílios. O pessoal da receita muito atencioso. Ótimo estacionamento. Ao lado de um shopping. O café da manhã somente tem o café e barra de cereal, não pensem em mais nada.

Served the purpose but wouldn't return
This wasn't a planned stay but it served the purpose - sleep & a shower - but would never return. The water pressure was lacking. The water didn't turn off completely in the shower, so you heard it all night. The bathroom door stayed all the way open or closed - no in between. No hair dryer, but besides a bar of soap, there wasn't any hotel necessities. One of the beds (2 queen room on the 3rd floor) a section of the floor & the dresser vibrated. The breakfast was non-existent. They were out of coffee (on a weekend) & the breakfast option was a packet of oatmeal. No bowls or silverware - needless to say, i can't imagine returning for another stay.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location relative to the track. I paid nearly $400 for one night only to be told the AC was broken. I gave the staff five hours to fix the AC while I was at the race. Upon my return I was told "the maintenance person is off on weekends". My AC was not fixed. It was hot, dirty, and stinky.

Towels are worn.One towel even had a hole. Lobby smelled liked Marijuana. Internet never worked. Kitchen should have silverware already. Stove barely works. Bathroom wasn't well cleaned. Room didn't smell very good. Room should have better lighting (led). I expected a little bit better

Looks like they are putting up a lot of homeless people in this Hotel. The staff are friends with these homeless people staying in the Hotel. I was in a non-smoking room but you good smell smoke everywhere. They need better staff to run this Hotel.
