I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The service was outright terrible, setting the tone for a very unpleasant experience. The staff lacked professionalism and courtesy from the moment I arrived. Checking in was a hassle, as the lobby was closed late at night, and I was forced to communicate through a tiny window like at a gas station. The attendant was visibly irritated, wore headphones the entire time, and made it clear that helping me was an inconvenience.
The room was another letdown—dirty and poorly maintained. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and comfortable environment, but it was far from that. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly intrusive. They knocked on my door 20 minutes before the official check-out time to rush me, which felt disrespectful and unnecessary.
Additionally, the hotel’s payment systems are outdated and frustrating. Their Vending machines didn’t work properly, and they don’t accept cards. When I asked for a bottle of water to take my medication, I was told I had to pay $2. When I tried to pay, they insisted on cash only and still refused to give me a bottle. The lack of basic customer care in this situation was shocking.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Between the unclean room, rude and unprofessional staff, outdated payment systems, and lack of basic hospitality, I cannot
